A great thanks to the Breakfast team, these ladies were absolutely amazing and helpful, very friendly especially Tung-mei and Wang fang-mie not sure if the spelling is correct. Also, Mr Charming Yang were very helpful and friendly and even arranging after hour taxi for me. Well dune team... I would have loved to have a fridge in the room, as my water were always warm...

Liked the amassing breakfast and the fact that I could wash my clothes after hours and not having to deal with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.

The air-conditioner never went down. It was bloody hot in the room. That’s why I will not stay again. If it was like that again it was terrible actually couldn’t sleep. It was too hot and my friend who came with me in the next room was the same we both probably would not stay again because of the heat in the room air conditioning was not working properly.

Transfer to aeroport is available until noon, in afternoon there is no transfer organized by hotel. Just local taxi.

Chinese hospitality is definitely one of the best in the world - I wasn't expecting it. The staff are lovely and dedicated to their jobs; I wish all hotels could follow the same example.

Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. All staff in the hotel courteous and very helpful often going the extra distance with things like booking taxis and assistance with airline reservations.

Lack of a decent exercise area

The hotel is very closed to the airport n It took us free to the airport by car at 5am. Tks so much! The dinner is nice.

The room was comfortable with suitable space. The large double bed had a good mattress and options for pillows. The shower was spacious and had good pressure. The lunch was good and for a reasonable price.

Food is the best part of my stay in the hotel! They are delicious, and the staff is super helpful and friendly!

If they offer 24 hours service to pick up customers from airport, that will be even better!

The staff were exceptional, especially the gentleman who assisted me in getting to the airport that morning. I wish I’d got his name to recommend him more highly.
