this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . Thank you again and we will keep in contact for our next trip .

everything was perfect

The staff is really helpful, the hotel manager very care about all and very kind. There are two excellent restaurants in the hotel, one is Japanese and the second is the grill bar....the two of them are at the highest level and it's a really amazing experience to eat there. It's my second time in that hotel and for sure I will come back again when I visit Jinan again

Great facilities and everything you need whilst away on business in Jinan , comfortable , clean friendly staff with good English

Bar area closed early 10pm some nights for residents this should be available 24/7 as most other international bars in hotels

Room was nice, breakfast was excellent, 68-th floor view was magnificent, staff was friendly.

I could not manage to control the temperature. Although I tried several times to change it from controller but all night was too warm (26C).

Good place reasonably quiet..

Location have no subway near by.. and no green space for leisure facilities..to walk around.

On the 55-69th floors of the tallest building of Jinan. Good location and easy to find a taxi. The facilities were new and smart. The staff was nice. The restaurant had various food and drinks with good city view.

To me everything is fine.

Many things exceeded expectations. Well, I will continue to stay here next time I travel to Jinan.
