The room was surprisingly big..a living area with a big desk and a sofa, and a bedroom the was really big. The bathroom had a bathtub and an adjoining shower. Lots of bathroom amenities available.

We paid for breakfast, but it was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel rooms are in a commercial building. I'm not sure if it was an office block first or a hotel. It's also a bit dated. Back in the days when it was first fitted it was probably quite grand. Not now though.

Most of the reception staff barely speaks English, making it difficult to ask questions. The closest subway station is 15 minutes away. Guests are smoking in the hotel (the hotel doesn't seem to do much about it) and the smoke comes into the room through the air conditioning.

Rooms were great, large and staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff in particular were very friendly and the reception area was lovely.

You could have made more of the spa. We went to have a look but the member of staff was smoking at the spa reception (not a good look) and couldn't tell us or show us the options for treatments. The swimming pool looked poor.

My family stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks. Great location, spacious room, very friendly and helpful employees. With the upcoming subway line 5, I expect the hotel will be more convenient.

One hotel elevator was under maintenance.

The rooms are very large and clean. The view of the city from above is impressive. Our son loved the pool and the TV in the bathroom. A quick tip: the Chinese Uber, Didi, takes you to the old town quickly and inexpensively.

When doing checkout the reception girl was unable to call a taxi for us. In opposition the another reception girl supported and helped us to call to another hotel to rectify a booking. So a very good and bad experience depending on the people attending the customer.

The rooms were huge with 2 double beds. Amenities were well provided and breakfast was good. The gym is well equipped and the children enjoyed playing ping pong while waiting for the laundry which was next to the gym.

Probably can improve the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room.

Very beautiful nice hotel

The pool opening hours are 12-20 o clock so along our stay we didn’t get the possibility to use it even tough we just booked it for the pool. Very bad WiFi. Not enough towels, not teacups or coffee, coffee in the lobby is 25 rmb for filtert coffee.

Great location in downtown Nanjing ( Gulou district ). Fantastic, friendly, professional staff…..couldn’t do enough for us!🥰

Hotel should provide coffee equipments in each rooms instead of putting the coffee machine next to reception.
