Location is excellent with the mrt within 2 mins walking distance and Wanda Shopping mall across the street and night markets 1km away Very convenient to take Didi to anywhere from here .

The gym is pathetic. Only 1 treadmill and some weights The Aircon in the lobby is quite warm ... Perhaps to conserve electricity ?

My dad and I stayed here during Asian New Year. The checkin counter is surprisingly small, I wasn't even sure it was the checkin counter until we walked up to it. They gave us a room on the 30th floor with a nice view of the city and the bridge. The room was huge but the window was not so big. Room had a nice work table, an arm chair and a chaise lounge. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for long showers. The free breakfast was superb, the nicest breakfast we'd had all week, we went back for seconds and thirds. The feast covered a range from congee, to noodles, to roasted veggies and spicy okra. You can tell the kitchen staff was excellent. The main chef came out to QA every hour in his mega tall hat. I really appreciate that they had a laundry room on the 5th floor which was FREE TO USE. I didn't even need to bring detergent because the machines were automated. Both washer and dryer ran on 30 minute cycles. In one hour, I had clean and dry clothes. Check out is 12pm. When we asked for a late checkout, they kindly offered 2pm which was more than we needed. Good wifi. Many families were hosting new years parties on the 5th floor so it was rowdy and smelled strongly of smoke. Also there were a lot of drunk people.

Even though there were no smoking signs everywhere, I still saw cigarette butts in the hallway. Also, the 5th floor was the strongest concentration of smoke. I guess it's a cultural thing but I wish I could've avoided it!

For a budget hotel it had everything you needed at a very high quality. The service was quick and the location suited us very well with it being next to a shopping mall and the subway system. The high floor room was also a win for us with a great city view.

In all honesty everything was very good for us, the only minor issue we had was when we ordered our food from the delivery service it took them 20 minutes to send the food up in the service robot so when it arrived it was a little bit cold. Otherwise great hotel and highly recommend

Staff at reception don’t speack english in a Holiday Inn like everywhere in China! If China really want restart with western tourist, really need to teach english to the staff and open some supermarket and restaurant with western food!!!! Not only mc donald, kfc, pizza hit ecc, but real food!

The location is good since it is across the road from Wanda Jiangnan Shopping Complex and within 3 minute walk to Exit D of Ting Hong Road metro. The staff are friendly and the hotel used robot to deliver food items which is prompt and efficient

The hotel breakfast - during peak hours at 9-10am, there aren’t enough fork/spoon and there aren’t much food options during that timing.

The reception. They do not speak English, but in my opinion that's no problem, I even really like it. The hospitality, the service and kindness comes all with a smile.

Easily accessible by taxi or didi, metro. Few minutes walk to shopping centre with food street. Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed. Clean, air-conditioned. Breakfast has good options.
