The room is spacious and comfortable, decoration is modern. The staff are superb, professional and helpful. They lent us a big umbrella, so we could walk to the shopping mall nearby to grab some dinner in the dark raining evening. They helped to call taxi on our departure, and clarified the destination with the taxi driver for us. This hotel is close to airport and railway station, make the location very convenient. Great value for one night stay.

This hotel is in a great location right next to a mall with numerous shopping and dining options. It is also within a short walking distance to a subway station and bus stops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk responded to my request promptly, and kindly accommodated room changes. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and drinks.

There were some issues with heating and thermostats in guest rooms. The desired temperatures could not be reached by adjusting the rooms' thermostats.

I have been frequenting this hotel for several years and I think it is time to give a "freshening up" to the rooms and the common areas in general. I also think that breakfast should be improved, to offer something more "western style", given the foreign clientele.

Spacious rooms, reasonable prices. A bar area in which one could enjoy a bottle of wine or so if one wants (but not just a glass...).

Room was way too hot. All rooms were set at 25 degrees Celcius. Not possible to change.

It's the perfect place to stay. Services is 👍. Quite and feeling peace while sleeping without any noise. The hotel are also near to the underground train station with only 300m walking distance. All attractions is nearby.

Great place to relax, walk distance to a mall and richmond ride. So happy staying here. Will come in again
