Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. The swimming pool was clean and not too busy. Good continental breakfast. I had a Chinese massage in the spa, which was amazing! Staff spoke good English and were friendly.
The only downside was the location, it’s a bit far from everything!

Well English speaking staff, friendly professional and recommended for business trip. Wide options for breakfast. Spacious restaurant and good decoration for enjoying comfortably.
The VISA card reader. I could still pay with VISA card at other locations but hotel seems to have issue with their card reader. However, it's also flexible that hotel accepted to complete my check-in and I wait until they change the card reader.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The buffet dinner and breakfast were good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed it was bigger than expected and very comfortable. I would stay here again without a doubt.
The lounge access was not available due to covid but the hotel was very apologetic and offered a free buffet dinner so I feel this is an acceptable resolution.
