This trip was my first time in Qingdao, I am really grateful for the staff's kindness and effort in getting me a cake on my birthday! Staff were always helpful and respectful, daily room service was prompt and efficient, bed was also comfortable Thank you to all the staff that made my stay so special!

I don't think the shared laundry machines were cleaned properly, wasn't able wash my clothes properly (still felt sticky after washing had to wash my clothes several times), also had a skin infection on the third day that has now gone away

Breakfast served was excellent from 6.30am to 10am daily. There was noodles soup with condiments, congee with small vegetable dishes, millet, thick soup, bean curd, types of cereal, buns, different types of bread and specialty coffee and types of tea.

During arrival and check out, there is no porter available to carry your luggage from your room to the 2nd floor and then there is a transfer to the 1st floor. The first and the second floors belong to two different hotels.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, despite the language barrier. I was treated like a very valued guest.

I was completely unable to login to the free Wi-Fi, which meant I was stuck using Internet on my phone, incurring multiple days' worth of roaming charges.

Best facilities, location, and comfort! I recommend it to everyone. There is a large shopping mall and local restaurant right in front of the accommodation. And the accommodation is very comfortable. Quiet and delicious breakfast. There are even friendly staff.
