You can walk to the hotel from the airport (takes about 40 mins.) or there is a free dedicated shuttle bus leaving from gate 4 of level 4 every half hour. The rooms were large, quiet and very comfortable beds, perfect for overcoming jet-lag. There was a gym and a restaurant on site too.

Some of the facilities were difficult for foreigners to use, the toilet was a bit of an enigma, and the service robots need a 4-digit code, without which you can’t open them to get your orders ! I found out later that it’s the last 4 digits of your Chinese phone number, but I use a data-only eSIM, so don’t have a Chinese phone number !

It’s very convenient, I had a long transit at TAO airport, so booked this hotel as it’s very close to the Airport. If you are reaching to the airport in different timings, please call to the Reception to get their free airport Shuttle, the staff helped to arrange a shuttle at 7PM. The airport to hotel is nearly 2kms , It’s 10mins drive,45mins walk, it maybe difficult to go by walk with heavy luggage and since it’s highway roads and new place, better opt for their shuttle. The staff speaks English and they are really friendly, he explained the place , services and restaurants and shuttle timings, please use simple English, they have many payments options, it maybe expensive for one person but convenient then staying too far, the ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant and quiet, it has a robot which is cute, the room is spacious, tidy and comfortable. There are some Chinese restaurants which will close by 8:30PM. I had an early morning flight and I was able to use the free shuttle at 3:50AM without any issues. The driver cannot speak English but he is very polite and helpful, he understands the short English words to communicate. Very happy for finding this hotel.

I was unable to use the internet as the WIFI was not working well.

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is close to the airport, you can walk to the hotel from the airport if you go to the first floor of the airport and walk out to the right you’ll find a very well maintained walking and cycling track that will get you to the hotel (take about 40 mins), but there is a free shuttle bus that leaves from door 4 on level 4 of the airport (bus leaves every 30 mins and is marked with the Ramada logo). The gym is ok but a bit basic. And there is a good restaurant on site. There is also a convenience store in another building 5 minutes walk away. Friendly staff. But no English. Room had a fridge. Room service is only available via WeChat app and quite limited, also you’ll need a 4-number code to input into the robot when it arrives, it’s important to mention this because I had no idea what the code was supposed to be as I couldn’t understand the robot…it’s the last 4 digits of your WeChat phone number !

Limited gym, air conditioning couldn’t get below 23. Delivery robots don’t speak English. Mine broke down and the other one I didn’t know the code to open it ! No CNN or BBC on the TV. WiFi was slow and hard to connect on arrival.

Clean, modern, staff are friendly and helpful. Close to the airport and the airport shuttle made things easy. Good value for money. The restaurant staff were fantastic. Friendly, accommodating. Good service and good food.

The sensor lights above the tea making station in the bedroom were activated every time I moved in bed, which wasn't ideal. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Very spacious and clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. Good price for what was on offer.

I was not too sure about the bath having no screen between it and the bed. However, the shower, toilet and sink area were fine.

Close to airport with frequent shuttle. Comfortable rooms with good facilities.

Lack of late night/early morning food and drink. Aircrew blackout curtains require alarm to wake up.No real need to call for shuttle but can be confusing with taxi drivers showing photos of car numbers.

The airport bus driver didn’t like to stop at each terminal by the airline, he was trying to stop at one spot unload all the passengers. It doesn’t work that way.

Hotel location, cleanliness, facilities and staff were all good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Breakfast and bar timing. I reached in the evening after 8 pm and bar was closed. I paid for breakfast but couldnt get it as it starts late.

The stay was very good but during check out the money has been debited 2nd time from the card also which used for booking But during we already paid the required amount

Language issues with the staff English speaking staff on reception is not there
