it was awesome! good to stay in. There are enough facilities to enjoy, such as a swimming pool, gym, lounge, etc
1. the window in the room was dirty. I don't think you need to clean every day. if you clean once a week the room would look much fancier 2. poor food in the lounge. The liquors were enough, but the food was only small pieces of bread and fruit. it would be nicer if you offered some more foods 3. the hall near the front desk was too hot. need more AC.

Location and other facilities were good
It was a very cold time in Qingdao. I requested for maintenance of the AC in the room to make it warm in the room and although the technician came and checked the AC , there was no further improvement on the heating system in the room. The room was still cold. The AC controllers in the room was replaced and it was still not working as expected. Very poor quality AC Controllers!!!

Location was great and the staff were excellent. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a great size and comfortable.
My only complaint is the drainage on the shower. Because the drainage is slow, the water overflowed and got more of the bathroom floor wet. I could tell that this was causing severe water damage to the wood of the bathroom door.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern, the breakfeast and dinner are amazing and the staffs are very polite.
There is not much to see near the hotel..

during my stay in the Qingdao Sheraton hotel, i have enjoyed my time there the staff super sweet and helpful, the ocean view was magnificent.. i do recommend this hotel very foreigner friendly!!

Good, clean hotel, very good breakfast, wonderful terrace and lobby, short walk to bay.
It got chilly, as AC did not heat.
