The staff at Crowne Plaza Quanzhou were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The receptionists impressed us with their ability to communicate in English, ensuring a smooth experience. A special shoutout to Jimmy, who kindly assisted us with our luggage, and Ken, who went above and beyond to help with our booking and breakfast arrangements. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. The hotel itself felt fresh and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment for my family and me. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Service stood out excellently among all else. Ken at the concierge was exceptionally helpful. Had booked too small a room for a family of four without knowing size of double beds but Ken has tried his best to accommodate us, and when we asked to pay for an upgrade after seeing the room, he also continued to help us as much as possible while changing room. Patiently explained all the while and you dont feel rushed at all. Room is clean and excellent. Fantastic stay with excellent service!

Location. Not exactly near the old town. A short ride away for not fussy travellers

Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Hotel is a fantastic hotel to stay a night in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I think the only down side for a none Chinese speaking traveller from the UK was the difficulty getting a simple bit of food in the evening when we arrive in all the hotels we have stayed in on this trip. But everything else was fantastic

Top notch service, very spacious and comfortable room with both shower and bath. Special thanks to Ken at the front desk for helping us arrange a taxi to Xiamen airport. It is not in the city centre, but the taxi ride takes about 15 minutes.

Clean and good amenities

The hog water in the shower kept changing temperature from cold to too hot which was annoying. They need to fix the temperature control on the shower equipment.

The ambiance, the room, the decoration, the entrance. All with so much taste and style. Very new hotel. The staff is super friendly.

Not much choice for diner, only 1 restaurant for buffet and a la carte. No bar to relax. Coffee corner in the middle of the lobby

Enlarge variety of Western food for breakfast . At least ONE person, who speaks English at reception desk, we managed check-in , but it wasn't easy ... She really tried her best ... Hotel change : bit overpriced.

My suite was AMAZING, the breakfast buffet was great.

The room service options after 10pm not so good, I got in late and there was only a few options. I got the club sandwich and it was great.
