Easy access to most of the restaurants, convenience stores and even within walking distance to few shopping malls. Good things about the hotel is they do have a very good but compact fitness facility and washing machine for some of the rooms, depends on the room type.

The room is too small and not really sound-proof; the hotel restaurant not big enough and their foods not really very good.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Rooms are exactly as presented, clean, even if not very spacious. The beds are comfortable, as well as the pillows. The breakfast is mainly Chinese, but very diverse and tasty.

Smoking is allowed inside, so you can feel the smell in other rooms. The curtains were not working in one of our rooms.

I liked this hotel very much. The room was very modern and very clean. I was impressed.

The room is a little bit on the small side. I was travelling with a lot of luggage and it felt a little squashed.

Room is not very spacious

The hotel is located close to Hongqiao Airport. The room was clean, and the TV had many channels. The hotel staff were friendly and provided good service right on time.

The room felt a bit small. It's not very suitable for a long stay, but it's fine for a short stay. There was only one elevator, and there was often a long queue of people waiting for it.

Staff didn't speak English and not very helpful. On booking.com it meantioned the hotel speak English and they have Tour Desk, but non of these have. I checked out 1 day early. Therefore, I should get a refund for last night, but I didn't get it. TV I don't know how it could be works. It meantioned, there is slipper in my room, but it wasn't.
