The breakfast is definitely tailored towards Asian cuisine; a few fresh fruit juice options would be great. The coffee machine was convenient, but the coffee taste was not as good as it could be. Don't know if it was the quality of the beans or another factor. The room was a great size and the bed very comfortable.

Zero internet. For a 4+ star hotel, they should offer a VPN of some kind so visitors have access to communication during their stay. I had no available connections for banking, communication or anything. Luckily my supplier hosts were able to help me out. Also, the hotel was not very helpful in arranging transport to the airport, this should be a service they offer. No atm or $ exchange at the hotel. In general, the hotel is not very friendly towards foreign travelers.

There are robots driving shopping up and down to every rooms. Their sound settings are set to very, very, very loud children. This is insane. I want to have a quiet night not to be woken up by some robot children shouting. Change this setting, it is completely stupid. Who had this idea? Ridiculous

Location is superb, shopping mall and subway station within walking distance.

When I booked my room on booking.com, there was no option to only book for 1 occupant only. I had to book for 2 occupants with 2x breakfast which is a waste of money. Booking.com should look into this seriously.

Clean rooms, good hospitality. The hotel is near trade center, some food store and a lot of small restaurants around the hotel. The bank with atm is not far from the hotel.

A lot of food, but only chinese cousine, no one speaks english. No place to have dinner after 2 p.m.

The area where the hotel is located is fantastic. It's walking distance from a metro station and it's right next to a nice shopping mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!

The team there is amazing. Especially at the front Desk Mr Terry is so professional and helpful.

Good room, clean, good facilities. They extend my check out time. One staff(Fiona) was very kind, and assisted me alot, for going to the exhibition etc

No one could speak basic English (Except 1). Breakfast varity low, not black tea. Only cofee. Stop serving breakfast 10.am. while most hitels stop 10:30 am.
