Really beautiful hotel with a great access to nearby (food) malls. I booked 3 rooms for my family in the main hotel which were all great. I understood from the reviews there is also a “tower” option which is actually not so close to the hotel. Breakfast was really good with a broad selection of food, however the restaurant was packed with some rude guests. When we mentioned our concerns to the staff, the “complaint” was taken very seriously and professionally handled by Annie. Swimming pool is great with a nice view!

The staff are great, and I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Iris at 4 a.m. She provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay by giving me information about the hotel facilities and the nearby tourist attractions. Although I asked many many questions, she still answered them without getting tired of it. Under this circumstance, I feel the enthusiasm and the professionalism of the hotel staff. Again, many thanks for her assistance.

Excellent location - not too far from airport, not that much traffic in area, lots of restaurants and malls in area Hotel itself is of very good quality Good wifi (not always the case even in 5-star Chinese hotels)
The outdoor swimming/sun area is quite dated and not very well maintained

One of the best hotel beds and linen I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. Also, exceptionally quiet and unobtrusive air conditioning in the room.
A slightly wider choice of Western food would have added extra appeal.

The rooms are really nice and the whole hotel is spotless. One really great point I'd highlight is the staff at breakfast, really lovely staff full of smiles and couldn't do enough for you. Really well done.

We thought we knew what to expect staying at JW hotel - a safe choice like other major international hotels without "surprises", even though there were some negative reviews about this hotel from other guests. But thanks to Ian! We will again choose this hotel because of Ian's professionalism and friendliness. He made our stay at the hotel memorable.
