Its in the heart of City Centre. Metro is 200 meter away. You can go anywhere of Wuhan, from this Metro. I was actual visited for CIDPEX which was 30 mintues away from this hotel through metro. All restaurent are nearly. Besides there is popular Jianghan road pedestrian street. Always people are doing activity. Very popular place for shopping. Hotel is very neat and clean. They clean the room everyday. Staffs are very friendly. They even allowed me to check out at late 3.30 PM. I specially would like to mention Ms. Mary for her extraordinary help.

Very difficult to get Halal food.

I was impressed by its excellent location in the city center, close to public transport and major attractions. The surroundings were vibrant and convenient, making exploration effortless. The room I stayed in was spotless. It was well maintained with a comfortable king bed and modern amenities. What truly elevated my experience was the polite and enthusiastic staff, especially Anson at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, he was professional, warm, and efficient. He patiently explained hotel facilities, provided local tips, and even ensured a seamless departure process. His genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest.

Conclusion comes first: We shall be back. The hotel and its room are clean. I would give it a 5-star rating despite of it is not a 5-star hotel. The staff are helpful and always more then happy to help. Staying for 3 nights on 14th floor, we hardly hear any noise and it was very quiet and peaceful. Though the hotel is situated in old part of the city, the benifits is one will find lots and great variety of foods. It is also next to the "walking mall" and one will have much to see and experience. Be the next guess to the hotel and I guarantee you would not be disappointed.

Unless you are very picky and try to find bone in an egg, otherwise you should not have any complaints.

Lovely hotel and value for money. Location was great, just off the main pedestrian street. Hotel is near to subway station named Jianghan road, once you arrive at this station, take Exit A, its nearer to the hotel. The room was of acceptable size , clean and cosy. Cleaning crew was awesome, insisted that she change our wet towels, and gave us water and throw out our bin when we told her it is alright not. Very nice of her. Reception crew at check in was polite and fast. Much thanks to Amy and Jennifer for their kind assistance and pointers as to places of interests to visit and the correct bus to take. I liked everything about the hotel. Buy rooms with windows, can be a wee bit stuffy.

The hotel was exceptionally good, value for the price paid. The nearest station is called Jianghan Road, I believe its Exit D. Google maps took us the long route to get to the hotel, I dont know why. There is some form of construction outside the hotel but no construction noise could be heard. Line 2 of Jianghan Road takes you directly to Tianhe International airport which was a plus as i left china via Wuhan. The pedestrian street was crazy packed with shoppers, so are the side streets selling apparels, phone casing, etc. so much to look at. Plenty of food stores along the street as well. Vibrant city full of young people. Recommended to stay in this hotel.

On hindsight, i should have booked a room with windows as the air conditioner was not working so it was stuffy. But we were advised of the same when we checked in, that the air conditioner was not working.

Very convenient location, in the centre of Jianghan Road, 5 mins walk to 2 metro station directly to most of the attractions and airport. Room was clean and tidy spacious, friendly staff helped to arrange a crib which is a proper my little one had a very good sleep. The room was also very quiet might be we were at level 15. Very good experience overall!

The breakfast shall provide more local authentic options.

Great location, just off the Jinghan road. Great selection of stores, metro station, restaurants and other shops nearby. Easy walk to the river side. Overall spacious room, got upgraded to a suite instead of a room. Comfortable bed, and great water pressure. The GM on reception spoke great English! Great value for money.

The rooms are a bit dated, the walls would need a fresh coat of paint, and some facilities would need an update (like the central AC). Overall a very enjoyable stay!

I was there for a layover, took me about 40 minutes from the airport and costed 90 rmb with the toll. Check in was smooth and the room was quite luxurious. I freshened up and walked down to the market for some shopping, didnt realize i spent 2 hours there. Kept my stuff and took a taxi to a place recommended by the staff for a bit of night life. Took me only 10 minutes to get there. Came back and slept, got up, checked out, the hotel staff called me a taxi for the airport and went back.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk to Jianghan Road metro station and there are lots of eateries and shops. Room is very spacious and clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was happy to extend check-out by 2 hours because of my late departure from Wuhan.

It was in close proximity to shopping centres and popular tourist streets. Plenty of eateries and convenient stores in the vicinity.

I could smell cigarettes smoking from the corridor on one of the nights. And the doors close with loud bangs.
