Everything was awesome! Food was great! We came for shopping for the first time since covid and it's difficult with a child so we decided to spend the night to continue the next day! This was an unplanned stay, but the good thing was I had a promise of an upgrade from 4 years ago due to I can t remember what issue and the check in clerk honored it and gave us a nice suite!

Only problem with Sheraton Macau is that it has ridiculously slow and long check in lines! None of the other places have! They should make a line or at least let people with small kids check in first!

A large and impressive hotel in the city center. Located on the top floors of the tallest tower in the city. A good option for business people. Good value for money.

The view from the room is great! Up really high, overlooking the city, the lake, the river and some mountains in the distance. The layout of the room was great. It was spacious and had such big windows. And the bed was comfortable! I wouldn't say the staff are fluent in English but they really do try! They make an effort to communicate and to give you a good service.

Both western and Chinese restaurants didn't offer much choices for vegetarian eaters. I'm not a fussy eater but the only options available seemed like side dishes. The pool is great but was a little cold and it seems like it's also used by people who didn't stay in the hotel. They were doing some serious laps and I felt like I was in their way. The bathtub is also smaller in comparison to other hotels.
