The staff were excellent and helpful. Manager Carson was particularly helpful. The property - pool, green area - were very nice and well maintained. Thanks!

The options were very limited and the in-room dining was often out of the menu items we wanted. The beach was terrible. The companies selling jetski rides and other water activities completely ruined the beach. There was no place to sit and they hassled you to buy things the entire time. That big problem may keep us from returning to Hailing Island. The hotel should have local police remove these companies from the area.

The Crown Plaza was very clean, and we enjoyed every thing, especially room, swimming pool, and the meal. while we were going back home, my little son found he lost penguin doll which was he always kept. he was very disappinted but, the employee include Yuki found the doll and announced they found and will send it to me. so it was wonderful trip, and we hope visit again.

I enjoyed my very short stay during my business trip in Yangjiang a lot. Especially Manager Carson did his absolute best to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of foods - also western food is offered in sufficient amounts. The room I stayed in was modern and cozy at the same time and most importantly it was clean. The location of the hotel is great. Next time I will definitely come back for leisure and enjoy the nice outside spa area next to the beach. Thanks again to Carson for making sure I‘m having a great stay. He truly knows how to offer a great service according to International Hotel Standards. Thanks to him I can recommend this Hotel. If you need something I suggest you contact him and you will have a nice stay for sure.

Great hotel. Beach front. Very quiet and good amenities.

There were not many people who can communicate in other languages other than mandaring.

There was a big selection for the breakfast buffet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Carson who spoke great English and was available to contact on WeChat at any time.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and we were expecting a private beach with sun loungers and shades. The beach in front of the hotel was managed by 3rd parties.

I love the place where this hotel is located, also view from our room, was so quiet, not so crowded with many people. This was our second visit and we tried to enjoy with the environment.

What I don't like: We went this hotel on 31th of December to celebrate our New Year but it seemed the hotel didn't get prepare well for the New Year. Actually when you have International Brand Name like "Crowne Plaza" and also work for the International Guests, have to make suitable environment for them to make the guests comfortable, to decorate big Christmas tree, to have special dinner and some activities for the New Year's Eve. We also didn't like the Italian Pasta, I ordered it because last time when we visited the hotel, it was cooked so yummy, thought would be the same taste, but this time it was not real taste pasta, it seems the sheif of the European Cuisine changed.
