Really enjoyed our stay here! Tbh I was a bit freaked out as my stay previously in China (2012) wasnt very good. This hotel however proved to me that China’s hospitality industry is very much improving. It is indeed one of the best hotel to stay in Yiwu. Spacious room and bed, comfy mattress, very great hospitality from the make-up room service, the lobby people who helped us always very nicely with the wifi, and the breakfast service. They are also very spot on in giving reccos regarding where to buy the train ticket to Shanghai! (I was happy to be recommended a Singaporean app as it’s very accessible to foreigners).

The room was a bit smelly at first but after being aircon-ed, it was fine! The wifi is also hard to connect at first well being a Chinese wifi, but the reception helped us very nicely with the connection.

I have not stayed at this hotel for a few years while the surrounding neighborhoods where being rebuilt. It is a great hotel with wonderful helpful staff, it is clean, comfortable and the breakfast is superb. They have a free shuttle to the international market which is a real bonus The area around the hotel is starting to grow and soon will be even better...lots of restaurants and green spaces A Great hotel I will return...5 stars

the WIFI was difficult initially and kept cutting in and out

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and had all amenities. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also very spacious. breakfast options were great, there was a good spread of options.

Nothing much. Everything was as per our requirement. And it was good value for money. Only issue was that it was quite from Yiwu Market. But for the amenities and value it was an acceptable trade off

Very polite staff, the cleaning staff were exceptional. Great location, many restaurants nearby. Halal options too. There’s a spa on site, unfortunately we couldn’t try it out this time. Managed to book an extra night without any hassle.

When walking into the hotel the air freshener was very strong to the point I couldn’t breathe. The variety at breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Would’ve been nice to see a little more of the western foods. But still a decent amount nonetheless.

Location is very quiet and near to the downtown The room is fully equipped.

- My room had a problem i lights, every night the lights turn off, i don't know the reason, they said they will ask the maintenance to make it, but the next day still the same problem. - the team can't speak English which takes alot of energy and time.

Nice big rooms with view

Poor breakfast for Europeans. Especially if you are staying more than 4-5 days. Same 3-4 ingredients every day.

Dinner buffet closed too early (by 7:30 pm they trurned us away) , A/C did not work properly on the 1st day of my stay

The receptionist were really friendly and willing to help. The hotels location was really close to alot of places we wanted to go to. The breakfast had great options and was really delicious.

It was ok, but language barrier was sometimes frustrating with most of the staff not able to communicate in english.

Didn't put toothbrush and Toothpaste daily, had to ask.

Big room, excellent service, english speaking staff, and very nice location across the river, the breakfast had many choices both western and oriental

Executive lounge was closed, the A/C did not work one night , but was quickly resolved, very good service
