Location is ideal for business and leisure travellers closer to restaurants and public transport. Your hotel is very clean in every corner. The ladies working there have warm smile and welcome to clients. "Bravo"

But, Western business travellers, we are not familiar and comfortable with your system to request deposit payment for bar /restaurant or other service while we are still accommodated in the hotel. We pay when we check out especially restaurant and bar. I was humiliated when your staff asked me to pay my dring while I was just one day in hotel that I booked to stay all most a week. I was almost gone to other hotel. Please revise.

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and the hotel attendants were all very attentive and pleasant. The subway entrance is right next to the hotel, and a shopping mall. Very convenient. The breakfast selections were very good. We had to leave early to catch a train, they provided nice to-go bags for us to pack our breakfast stuff. A big thanks to the Chief Concierge Mr. Wang, he was so very kind and extremely helpful in making arrangement for us for a full day driver for sight seeing.

Breakfast was good but it would be nice if there were more international options.

No coffee in the room. Kettle, yes, and tea bags but no instant coffee. I understand that the hotel wants to promote the Latitude Coffee place, but some guests like to get up in the morning and brew their coffee. Many hotels have Nespresso machines in the room. I'm surprised the Meridien doesn't even have instant coffee.

Staff are like brothers and sisters. You feels you are with family.

Break fast. You have always same food and there is no much choice for business traveller who are not familiar with Chinese food. I had to visit hospital and you can get my name at Zhengzhou University hospital

Newly renovated, bed and pillow really comfortable, bathroom is gorgeous.

We couldn’t pay with any visa or master cards. Always errors. We had to go to the nearest ATMs to withdraw cash to make the payment. Their payment terminals need to be updated. We didn’t have this problem with other hotels of similar levels in China.

Very nice hotel with all comfort you could wish for. Also personnel willinv to help at all time, AC room was not ok changed room immediatly .very good service

When booking a room with exlusive acces to the lounge if should accesable to have a relax drink and not as a free dinning room for chinese families , this was so wrong! Also in the morning club lounge should be open to have breakfast for these rooms instead of needing to wait for a table downstairs

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional. The price was amazing for this hotel compare to other countries where it would be double the price per night. The have us free desserts and fruits when we arrive at the hotel. This is a great hotel to stay if your a foreigner staying in Zhengzhou since most budget hotel are only for mainland Chinese.

Cleaning could be better , when checked in there was some kind of drink spilled on the light control panel wall, it was not cleaned at all.
