The buffet breakfast from the 28th floor had great variety and was very tasty and fresh. The 28th floor is rotating and the views from there are so good. The rooms are spacious and clean, bigger than 90% of what you would find in China. The staff at Yuehai hotel were all friendly and helpful, we would often chat with them and since we stayed there for 17 nights, by the end of our stay we all knew each other haha. The cleaner on the 20th floor was especially lovely and would often chat with my grandma while cleaning her room, so that was greatly appreciated and very nice of her. The location of the hotel is also good, with heaps of shops and restaurants right next to it.

The hotel is in a very busy and popular spot (especially for tiktokers, streamers etc.) so the traffic gets a bit hectic around peak hours (8-10am and 4-6pm). I would recommend taking the subway instead of a taxi if travelling to and from the hotel during these hours.

The staff was very helpful and ready to support in any thing they can do , and I especially thank 2 members in particular ( xiang xiao li) and ( Bai xu tong ) ,they have did a remarkable job indeed and were a good reason that I extended my stay here ...all the stuff is nice and trying their best to make your stay feels exceptional...thank u every one again for your good behavior and support

The health club is somehow not good equpid and the machines don't work well

Superb location close to Metro and city center. A wide range of breakfast choices.

A slight smell of tobacco. My allergic condition is quite sensitive and brings a slight discomfort during sleep.

Location is perfect. Lots of shopping and eating options. Very near Erqi square. Room size is big with complete amenities. Parking is available at the hotel.

Breakfast may need improvement specially the Western food

Fantastic hotel, with a great location, and good value for money. The only issue is the language barrier, however, they try their best to assist.

Due to the language barrier, the massage spa overcharges and underdelivers.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean, I slept well. Breakfast, mainly asian, was delicious. Staff was friendly and really helpful!

Smoking is allowed inside the building, you could smell it. The window was not soundproof.

It was very much in the center.

On the first day there was no bacon in the breakfast. But on the second morning I could get bacon and the hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
