The hotel is like a retreat of calmness and good aesthetics - the room was beautiful and spacious.

The breakfast was quite poor compared to the price and amenities. You have only eggs and bread to eat which was strange for such a nice hotel. It would have been great to have en a la carte menu to choose from or at least a small buffet.

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs several ways, yogurt with lots of different toppings, pancakes, coffee, teas. The hammocks were lovely, the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating, gracious and helpful. The cheeseboard was superb, the chicken sandwich was excellent. The mock tails and cocktail’s were delicious

We absolutely loved Casa Barichara, a real gem. Stylish in every way . The people are just charming , the food they prepared was delicious and we could not fault it. This is definitely going to be a highlight of our trip in Colombia

I had an amazing time in Barichara, and one of the things that made my visit so special was my time at Casa Barichara. The owner is super friendly and speaks English very well which made things a bit easier since my Spanish is only OK. My room was super pleasant and clean. The breakfast was great.

The Casa Barichara Boutique is more like a private club than a hotel. Beautiful and stylish, with a friendly, helpful team always on hand to make sure you are having the best time.

We liked all aspects of the property. The perfect location - looking over the town. The pool and public areas. The rooms and the exemplary service.

We spent 2 nights at Casa Barichara. It was never so easy for us to say: everything was great at this boutique hotel, todo excelente. Large rooms with comfortable beds, central location on a higher spot with beautiful views over Barichara, terrace with large open- air spaces and hammocks, small pool. And everyone of the female staff so friendly and always with a smile. Certainly we will stay here again, and more nights, when coming back to Barichara.

Amazing location on the hill above town + near the Camino Real. The views are amazing, especially in the morning or when the rain comes in. The staff was very kind and accommodating + the included breakfast was fantastic.

We loved the hotel, we visited Barichara during the low season and everything at the hotel was excellent. The interior design, the garden, the rooms, the service and even the food. The house has a beautiful garden and the owners have taken care of very single detail. We loved our bedroom, which ahd a very good size and a fantastic bathroom. The place was flexible with children, despite being the only family there during our stay. We also loved the location, since it is in the town and you can walk everywhere from the hotel, but the area is quite and not surrounded by bars/ cafes... Finally the house has an outstanding view of Barichara.
