Our stay at the LOFT Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, upgrading our room without the need to request it and providing a nightly warm tea service that was an unexpected treat. The hotel is conveniently located in an excellent, safe shopping zone with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the covered, basement parking garage as we were able to keep our purchases right in the car. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was original, with local flavors and impeccable service. Cleanliness was excellent. Honestly, I found myself asking why this was not classified as a four-star hotel. Without a doubt I would recommend this to friends and family and plan to return here if ever in the area again.

It didn't bother us, as it felt like some of the only exercise we got on the long car trip, but I was told that the fact that they don't have an elevator is what is affecting their category. I was also told that there are plans to install one soon.

small but nice room and very comfortable bed. staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable - we especially appreciated the tea and biscuits in the evening, as well as the warming components placed in our bed! excellent value for money and I would recommend to anyone making a stop in Pasto. sadly we only had one night here.

Everything was great

Great staff, clean, excellent location, quiet for being smack in the center. Room temperature was very comfortable.

Room 303 was a bit dark without windows. Workers can be heard from early morning talking in the hallways because entrance to the room faces the inside.

The attention of the staff is superb. This is a jewel of a hotel. Exceptional. They brought us coffee, a flask of spicy tea and even a hot water bottle in the evening! Fabulous.
