Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was kind and always available. Good quality for price.

Breakfast could be a little bit more varied - not just from one day to the other but the same day. The hotel was very dark at night, but I guess this may have been for specific reasons.

More lighting in the bathroom, plus water leaked out of the shower to the bathroom floor (dangerous).

All the staff I interacted with were excellent--professional and very accommodating. They understood what type of service an international guest would be looking for in a quality hotel and provided it. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety and very tasty. Location is well situated to easily reach everything and is in a neighbourhood that is safe to walk around in. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was clean, spacious, had hot water and had a nice kitchenette, dining table and comfortable chairs to relax in. The Pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. The King size mattress was very comfortable.

We stayed in Room 620 (a Juniot Suite) which was directly above the restaurant kitchen. We could hear the kitchen prep and staff noise from 5:00am. This is not the workers fault but it was horrible. Management must find better soundproofing! Surprisingly, there was no A/C in the room and we had to ask for a fan. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were THE WORST I have slept on in Colombia in 7 years😭. They were hard like slabs of concrete and tiny (for the king size bed). Shocking that a hotel of this calibre would not invest in some real pillows, especially for their Suites. We ordered a TBone steak in Mestizo but it was very disappointing--dry and tough. The elevator was slow and was the only one in our wing.

No negative comments. All good.

The whole experience. Parking, check in, staff, facilities, good breakfast. Defo stay here again.

Hotel is nice, complimentary breakfast is excellent with Colombian traditional food, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. Only issue no AC in the rooms, but they provide us a fan

The room was very big and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant on the first floor has a very good menu. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Nothing to complain about.
