Fantastic. Perfect location to enjoy holidays. I would love to stay there again. Great atmosphere, great beach, great decoration and very kind staff. Most of them speaks only Spanish, so at the beginning it was a bit difficult but they were very helpful ! I would recommend this place to everybody

We had to ask a staff to fix toilet a few times and there is no hot shower really. It’s not cold water but no hot shower (which was okay at the end because of weather)

First and foremost the friendly staff. After my first day I think I knew five members by name. Brenda, Javi, Dora were just amazing. The restaurant was great. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh daily fruit and lots of options. The egg casserole was my personal favorite. The location was amazing right on the beach in a relatively quiet part of the island away from the busy, crowded Centro. Our room was a good size with sliding glass doors that literally opened onto the beach. Once we stepped off our ample deck we were on the sand. The Internet service was surprisingly good.

They had a loud party one night right in front of our room that went on til all hours of the night. I wasn’t able to sleep that night. I don’t think it’s a regular occurrence. The suite we were in is closest to the beach and the largest of all the rooms, but it’s also by the restaurant and they arrive at 5am and they need to do a better job of controlling the noise from the chit chat and carrying on of the staff. The shower is really small. And having a key ring full of keys was inconvenient, always trying to figure out which key opened what door.

Great customer service, all rooms are just feet away from the ocean. Breakfast is included and it’s made to order fresh. You can also make reservations for most adventures like scuba diving paragliding, etc.on site. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall we had a great stay. We loved the direct access to the beach and the sea view from the rooms. The rooms are comfy for a few days but a bit tight for longer. The beach is clean with plenty of loungers particularly in the morning. Later on I think others can use. The drinks are good a reasonably priced. There are a couple of restaurants to try on that stretch but otherwise need a taxi. It was fun walking over to the island. We had good hot water.

With no drinking water it would be good to have filtered water to fill up bottles rather than having to buy plastic. We had some very peaceful times which was perfect but on one day a large speaker arrived which woke us up before 8 am. It also made reading on the beach difficult. Having spoken to staff it improved a bit but there seems to be view that all the guests like loud music. The kitchen staff are lovely but they do talk loudly from 6 am if you are on that side of the hotel. Most staff are very helpful. Please don’t spoil this beautiful retreat with constant music. Leave some peaceful time too.

The location is really great, you walk out of the bungalow and you are directly under the palm trees. It also has enough sunbeds to chill there. We thought at first that the space in the bungalow would be scarce, but it was sufficient.

We have been to about 7 hotels in Colombia now and the service staff has always been very friendly. Here, unfortunately, it was not necessarily the case. We found the service staff rather unfriendly. Also the sea grass on the beach could be removed more often.

Very nice place. The staff was great. The location was perfect to stay and enjoy the beach. The restaurant have a variety of dishes.

Very nice Hotel, super friendly staff, good location by the sea. Small room and bathroom, a bit uncomfortable for staying in the room, but compensated by the almost private beach.

The location at the beach front is quite amazing.

The containers which build the base for the rooms are already a bit dated and amenities are not of premium quality ehich I would expect for such a price in Colombia. We had the suite which was spacious but could have been equipped with a closet for example.

Very good location next to nice beach. Friendly staff. Plenty of lounge chairs, shade, etc. Nice private patio outside room.

Restaurant... very poorly cooked food, eg greasy. Not a lot of variety. Very long preparation times. Bathroom is small (understandable; room is a container), but also very rundown, eg shower head was broken.

It was a nice hotel in front of the beach and it was quite. Staff was friendly and the food was nice. However, the Sargazo was an unfortunate experience. :( The beach was really bad (dirty) and It had a very awful smell, continuously. I could not swim at all with the Sargazo (an alga floating all the time in huge amounts). We stayed 4 days and I could not swim there at all. If I would have known, I would have preferred to stay in the center where the beaches were cleaned.

Having machines on the beach every day to clean the sargazo, it was really bad the smell and the beach. Awful.
