Location, and some of the facilities. The spa was excellent and very reasonably priced. Karen was very professional so the rest of the staff.

The breakfast buffet is cafeteria-type and chaotic. On the days that weren't buffet the breakfast was pretty good. One person attended and she did extremely well serving at least 30 people by herself, and at times I feel like helping her.

Location is good and the staff were friendly, however the quality of Wi-Fi was not very good at all and the breakfast which had been advertised as a full buffet breakfast was not. As my wife and I are vegetarians we actually had very little to choose from at breakfast. However it's location is very good, literally five minutes walking to the centre

There is an under construction zone that it is a lit bit uncomfortable. However, the hotel is protecting beautiful places and activitiesl in the close future.

Bad services,one of the staffs opened my door at night by mistake disturbing my private space.I invited my friends in my room only for an hour, and they charged an extra night for two persons, even modifying the same reservation from booking.com would not have resulted in so much difference. Neighbours keep playing loud music till late night and they seemed to be ignorant.
