Accommodating staffing, comfortable bed, shower with Hot water and great pressure, breakfast included and excellent rate for location. 30 minutes from Santa Rosa de cabal hot springs. Restaurants and places to eat walking distance.

Location is close to town. If you're into nightclubs you're right in the center for them. The room was big the windows all opened up so you can get fresh air.

The nightclubs are all downstairs and the music from 10 different clubs is overpowering and impossible to sleep it went on till 4:00 a.m. I usually don't get bothered by music I like to have a good time but it was beyond loud and overwhelming. The windows open up but the rain came in sideways and the floor was soaked I had to use the towels to soak it up so I didn't slip and fall. I had booked for one person but there ended up being two of us and they doubled the price of what it was originally. it actually cost me more than double my original amount for one additional person. Most rooms are double occupancy but not here in Columbia so be careful to get the correct pricing. The restaurant upstairs was expensive and the smoke was so thick that we couldn't even sit outside my eyes were burning and my lungs were wheezing. I'm a really easy-going guy so I'm really not hard to please but this is the truth of the situation.

I didn't like the place because it's in the area Rosa, there's a lot of loud music and they don't let you rest at night.

Spacious room. The only person who help me was Pau, a waitress of the roof top restaurant who speaks a little English and give me some information about the hot springs.

Area with bars and clubs around. Too noisy until very late in the night! If you are a tourist in the area, the reception staff can’t help you to almost anything. I asked them how to get to the hot springs and they hadn’t idea! Too expensive food at the roof top restaurant

Extremely disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately the room next to me had someone struggling with sleep apnoea. 20 seconds of silence followed by what sounded like someone choking to death on a un-chewed chorizo - by 3am I'd just about lost my mind. I went to reception, firstly to get a little peace & quiet & secondly to ask about changing rooms. Even in the reception area, I could hear my neighbour choking & he's on the 4th floor. That's how loud he was. I was offered another room but I would have to pay. Instead I opted to sit in the reception for a while as I needed a break from the noise. The receptionist offered me a blacket to sleep on the couch. Here's where I have an issue with the hotel: I've paid for a room that I clearly can't sleep in. Why they haven't spread the guests out amongst the building is beyond me, but the solution to the problem is to give me another room. Offering a paid guest sleep on a sofa in the hotel reception area is not a solution or a good look to anyone who happens to be arriving. My suggestion in the future is to be more professional. Without my neighbour, my stay would have been fine. Be aware, noise insulation doesn't seem to exist in this hotel.
