I've been to this hotel a few times over the years and it's my go to place in Villavicencio. Room are nice and comfortable. Facilities are very well kept and staff have always been great. No issues with internet and ample space for places to work. Breakfast options are varied and delicious.

Communication about the pool being closed for maintenance before booking. I was communicated this after I have made the reservation. Perhaps it is not possible to do this on booking.com but I always cross check with the hotel site and the Estelar site should have a way to alert guests this service is not available.

The dedicated staff and their service. They all were very polite and helpful. They make you feel valued as customer! The hotel accepts pets and appreciates you are paying for their stay. Our two little dogs got a sleeping bed each one and a toy to play. It’s the first time I see such nice service for pets. We could bring them with us everywhere, they never complained about them and trust you will take care if they mess something. The hotel is in great shape. It’s modern, clean and well maintained. Nice pool (though it can get crowded) and spa facilities.

The pool is great, the rooms are clean, the situation is not bed, it’s close to the park of Urban Primavera.

The staff is slow, check-in and check out takes long time which is kind of uncomfortable in the freezing lobby where the A/C is set to 18 degrees. There is only one sushi bar/ cocktail bar in the hotel with a very narrow food and cocktail menu.

Great location. Enjoyed the restaurants, and great variety of food choices. Staff was accommodating and attentive. A good sized pool and accompanied jacuzzi tubs complemented by a nearby gym were wonderful for any stay here.

Road noise can't be avoided if staying on the main thoroughfare rooms.

The hotel is close to a few good malls and restaurants and it’s easy to reach as it’s along one of the main avenues of the city The restaurant of the hotel was very good, we had a father’s day lunch there which was excellent The breakfast is very good with many options and the downstairs bar/sushi place is a nice spot to chill and have a drink

The pool area is very nice although it gets crowded during the weekends

It would be great if I don’t have to explain to the guard that I’m a guest all time I used the parking! The hotel should inform to the security the car plates! However, they were very kind.

Great 3 day stay. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Good AC everywhere. Facilites were top notch, nice pool and breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff was superb, extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Location was great for me.

Many options for breakfast. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel really allows you to relax in a busy part part of the city.

1. my cards didn’t work at the elevator, they changed them for a new one but still not working. 2. The guy who checked out the minibar came to early and wakes up every day 🙃didn’t care a bit about the host. 3. In the restaurant they allow dogs, I love them but it was loudly barking and my mom is scared of dogs so it wasn’t pleasant breakfast for us… maybe they could have an outdoor space for pets

Room was clean and comfortable. They have a fridge full of drinks. AC and tv work! Staff is friendly (as long as you tip lol)

The view is horrible and the location is bad. I was pulled over outside the hotel and plenty of people offering illegal substances outside the hotel.
