The location is beautiful & to wake up every morning next to the lake is the best. The property has good air con & insect nets at the windows so keeps mosquitoes out. The staff are very nice especially the Filipino guy who runs the bar. Cycle hire is €15 & there are lots off virtually traffic free routes if you take lane ahead of the exit. We walked to Cvena luka in less than an hour & cycled to biograd. The swimming conditions in the lake are good and the water is very warm.

The menu does not cater for vegetarians although they were kind enough to cook dishes that weren’t included

+ Great service: They provided a quick clean (new bed sheets, towels, vacuuming, emptying the bins, cleaning the toilets) in the middle of our stay. This really gives you a vacation feeling! + Friendly communication: The staff is friendly and will assist you with any queries that you might have. + Location/View: These Mobile Homes have a view on the sweet water lake! Amazing views to eat or wake up to. + The calm: Our stay was between 1 and 10th of June and this was quite a calm period. We didn't have too many neighbors so we really enjoyed the silence. + Cleanliness: unit was cleaned perfectly! Also the campsite is quite clean as no litter was found or they mowed the gras, etc. + Dogs: very welcome towards dogs.

- Restaurant/Bar and Market were closed. To our understanding, this was only opened in the high season but we expected that the beginning of June would be high season so these would be open. - No informational vouchers. We didn't find any information on what these was to do in the area so needed to look for information ourself. - Washing: it costs 8 euro if you want to use the washing machine - Maintenance: Some things at the campsite, as the basket ball court didn't have nets in them, goals were not placed onsite, the Sun chairs were unclean and not maintained, ...

I had an excellent stay at the camp. The location was just perfect - walk distance to a bus stop with direct bus to Prague, my home city, walk distance to natural park for a perfect morning walk, walk distance to Plodine market and city & beach in Pakostane. The camp was very calm, with great restaurant and perfect service at a beach bar. Mobile houses were super new and clean and everyone at the camp was super nice to me.

I liked the view from the house, how it is arranged inside, a nice bar and a playground 30 meters from our house. The air and atmosphere are for lovers of a quiet and secluded holiday. The house itself has everything you need, a large refrigerator, which is nice, two toilets with a shower.

Some items in the local store are overpriced, for example ice cream is 4€.

Clean facility, new and convenient kitchen with high quality appliances (FRANKE, LIEBHER), single home, separate rooms, view to the lake, easy access. but be warned there is no washing machine, you must buy coins and go to common laundry ) . not a big deal but be informed.

that extra coins for washing (8 Eur), but absolutely not a big deal. aircon is only in main room but in fact how to fit it everywhere else :) all good

We loved the view , the comfort and all facilities in the mobile home , and the close location to beautiful beaches and a day trip to Zadar. Being out of season it was also nice and quiet, and no crowds or queues anywhere!

Uncomfortable bed with a thin and hard mattress. The grass is not watered for all mobile homes, only in the main area.

Our 2 bedroom mobile home was very comfortable and directly in front of the lake. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the ornithological park and boardwalk. A great view of the lake and surrounds. A short drive to a supermarket in Pakostane. It was very quiet in early May.

Beautiful & good structured little houses on the lake, with great view and peaceful surrounding. Direct access to the water and relaxed atmosphere.

The location is simply beautiful and peaceful. The mobile home is clean, new and practical. The terrace facing the lake gives you a wide and unrestricted view over the lake and hills/mountains.
