Location was very cute. Right across from a little pier in town and next to several cute restaurants. This town felt like the seaside village in the movie Luca - so cute! Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - get there early so you can grab a pistachio croissant!! Parking was easy and very close. My biggest praise to this hotel is their customer service. I left a necklace that was very sentimental to me in the bathroom when we checked out. I messaged the hotel and they found it immediately and shipped it home to the US for me. I offered to pay but they just sent it and gave well wishes. Outstanding srvice and my absolute highest praise!!!

We had a junior suite, which was comfortable and great for the price. Nicely presented and clean. The location is on the sea front and close to restaurants and bars. The car park opposite is 'pay' but just go through the barrier and take a ticket. On check in the hotel will give you a voucher for free exit at the booth when you leave.

Couldn't get the safe in the room to work and neither could the nice girl at reception, but she did try all she could. Breakfast was okay but they were continually running out of simple things even though the breakfast area wasn't busy. What was busy was the adjacent cafe area belonging to the hotel and it seemed like all the staff were busy there, delivering coffee and taking payments. The staff were friendly but only reactive to the breakfast area and not actively monitoring it.

I liked everything in this hotel, first of all I liked the staff, very polite, nice girls, everything was explained very clearly at the reception. Parking was paid 10 euros per day next to the hotel, so our car met the mornings at the sea, in principle we were ready for this. Thank you for a comfortable stay and good conditions at the hotel.

The bathroom was difficult. Not enough room on counter due to type of sink. Not even room for toothpaste or contact lens necessities. The shower door did not fully close so floor got very wet in spite of our best efforts. These were not huge problems, but the smell in the bathroom was. I think there was a plumbing problem. We should have mentioned it, but we were in the room, we were tired so just let it be. I sure they would have relocated us had we asked. Did not mention it at checkout as the girl behind the desk was so sweet it seemed mean to do so. But probably the management should know there is a sewage smell on that bathroom

Beautiful location, stunning scenery and comfortable and modern hotel. Bed was really comfy, room was a good size and the sea view was an added bonus. Hotel restaurant food was really good and the gluten free availability was really good.

The bathroom was very cramped and badly set out. The toilet was very high off the floor and crammed between the wall and shower to the sides and the sink to the front. Not easy for a shortie like me The waiter at the restaurant initially seemed very rude when we asked about gluten free choices, off handedly telling us that we could have salad and saying that we should know what food is safe. When we got up to walk out he offered to check with the chef, and came back with a much more helpful attitude. I think the language barrier and his understanding of cross contamination caused the initial problem as he was really friendly and helpful for the rest of the evening

Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff.

Locked thermostat, hot room, no way to make room cooler. Loud music from bar downstairs until late at night, people drinking, motorcycles leaving. They increased nightly rentals from €85 to €100. Breakfast was mediocre. Bad, cheap coffee machine. Must pay barista if you want good coffee. Stale croissants.

The view from the rooms towards the sea is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a parking right in front of the hotel, and during the stay you can park the car there, the hotel gives you a voucher for leaving and so the parking is included in the room rate.

The rooms are very noisy because of the main street that is right in front of the hotel, if you stay in the room to rest, you almost always need to close the window to have some silence. The coffee during breakfast is filter coffee and not the best, maybe they will get a good coffee machine in the future

Great location and friendly staff

On booking.com the extra 20EUR per night charge for a cot is not clear at all (only found when looking through hotel policies). This was only flagged to us the morning of check in, not one month before when messaging the property about cot availability.

It is very good that parking is included in the room price and is just across the street near the sea. The rooms are small but comfortable.

The room was too hot. Even after help from the reception, the air conditioning in the room was still heating more than needed.

Room was very comfortable; we both slept well. Dinner at Josefina bar was very good; a 15% discount for people staying in the hotel was appreciated. Great view from the room and balcony.

1. The room needs a light over the desk area. It is way too dark to work at the desk. 2. The room does not have either a kettle or a coffee maker, so the hotel website suggesting sipping espresso on the room balcony implied some means of making coffee would be in the room (perhaps an espresso machine).
