So well managed! Amazing location for the festival I attended solo. Literally steps to the gate. Clean, peaceful, lots of space to make new friends and hang out in the big covered patio; and outdoor space beyond the kitchen. I did a lot of my own cooking throughout my 7 night stay; easy walk to the local grocery stores, more than ample fridge space, considering the hostel was full; and a tidy very useable kitchen that was always available to use. Washing machine for clothes was a bonus. I will definitely stay at hostel Marko again! He’s such a lovely host!

I have zero complaints!

My wife and I are in our 50s and haven't stayed in a hostel dorm for many years so initially we're concerned but this is not your average hostel. Firstly, Marko is an exceptional friendly host, very friendly, kind and helpful. He runs his hostel very well, it is very clean and tidy, clean sheets and towels, the dorms are clean and quiet.. there is a communal kitchen with cooking facilities too which is an excellent bonus this is not a noisy hostel full of young party people.. as a mature travelling couple it fitted our needs perfectly. It is only a short walk to beach and town, so perfectly placed.

I can't find anything negative to say about our stay.

It was really good location, especially since we were going to the Outlook festival and it was right next to it. Marko was an amazing host and was extremely helpful by showing us on the map all the shops and restaurants to go to. The property was a short walk to the beach as well which was super. Super sociable hostel as well and we were able to make friends with the other guests.

The only thing I would add is perhaps provide some sticky notes and markers in order to be able to label the food left in the kitchen as it was a but hard to tell who’s food was whose sometimes.

Firstly Marko is super amazing, i was skeptical of hostel life but it was a super awesome experience. Marko asks in advance your ETA to make sure he’s there to welcome you himself. He even made sure i was getting off at the right bus stop. The location was perfect as i was attending the festival at the Garden. The amenities were all super clean.

The only negative thing was having to leave. Everything was great.

Hostel Marko was a fantastic experience overall. Facilities are top notch. Bedrooms are nice and well spaced out. The culture around the hostel is great aswell. The main thing that made my stay at this hostel great was Marko. Marko is a tremendous host and treats his staff with utmost respect and care for his tennants. If I ever return to tisno hostel Marko is the place I will be staying

I have no complaints over the course of my stay

I really liked Marko's personality, the cleanliness and the community. The hostel is well air-conditioned, and you have a lockable closet which is big enough to store all your belongings. All in all, I liked it very much. Many places to spend time with several people. Two terraces, one of them on the roof. And the kitchen also had enough space to cook reasonably. So here I will come back next year with more friends.

I had a good time. Being a festival guest myself, the bass didn't bother me at night. But I also had earplugs with me. But it is not always there a festival. The decor could use a little color, everything seemed a bit plain and white. However, I had the feeling that all freshly renovated. I will definitely come back here next year.

It's the perfect location if you are attending a festival next door. Marco is extremely nice and his love and care is shown in every spot of the facility. Enjoyed the hot showers and the air conditioning as well as the shared kitchen and washing machine facility. Will see him next year for the next festival.

This is a fabulous location for anyone going to festivals nearby. Marko is a dream host who is always accommodating people, it was a pleasure to get to meet him and I’ll definitely stay there next year. Beds are comfortable, AC works, great cooking space and fast washing machine. 100% recommended for solo travelers. Thank you so much Marko, keep up the fantastic work !

Nothing inconvenient

Hostel Marko is a simple, clean hostel in an excellent location, perfect for anyone attending events at The Garden. The hostel is 50M from the Festival Grounds and is an excellent choice for those wanting to take a little break from the partying and relax.

As with every hostel, you are sharing a room with many other people. I was lucky enough to have quiet, respectful roommates, but not everyone is that lucky.

Incredible location for the festival - right on your doorstep, but still nicely placed outside of the site. (Also means you don't have to walk to and from town twice a day in the heat :) ) Marko is great - an absolute gentleman. Very down to earth, and happy to help with most things. It's a great environment at Marko's, and I wouldn't hesitate in staying again, 100%
