- Good location in the centre of town - Bonus to have reserved underground parking (but warning the entrance is very narrow!) - Staff were friendly and accommodating for my midnight arrival - Shower was clean and powerful - Breakfast was good variety (I only had it one morning so imagine it could get "samey" every day)

- No AC - Beds were quite uncomfortable (hard mattress and soft pillow) - Rooms were a bit dated but still functioning - Light in porch area not working - Windows looked into other rooms

Overall the facilities fully met our expectations and provided us with all of our needs. The room was well furnished and importantly for us nice and quiet.

The over bath shower was a bit problematic and we would have preferred to be able to have a standing shower. Also an in house laundry would have been useful, as we were saying for a week and there are no launderettes in town.

This is a very good hotel in the centre of Jindrichuv Hradec with private underground parking. (A big bonus). We had a superior room which was enormous, I’m sure the standard rooms must be smaller. Yes the decor seems dated but this is Eastern Europe and shouldn’t be compared with the modern hotel rooms of the rest of Europe. The Concertino offers everything you need and does it very well. From the first meeting with the receptionist to the waiters and breakfast staff everyone is helpful and happy to see you. It make the stay so much more pleasurable. Rooms are clean, breakfast was plentiful. The bar is popular and has a good atmosphere, the food is traditional, homemade and great. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and recommend to others.

Nice hotel in beautiful locality in the middle of the town, nice restaurant and friendly stuff

With open windows we hear all the neighbour's in the late evening and also early morning, and was impossible to close to window cause was sooo warm and we didnt sleep very well cause of it...also its little bit older furniture, but nice and clean .i would come again definitelly !

The location of the hotel is great, situated right in the centre and very near the castle. The room is a good size and I appreciated that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Very friendly staff at the reception and the main restaurant.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not good.

The service was very friendly - in reception, in the breakfast and also in the restuarant. There is a great restaurant at the ground floor - busy and full of happy people. Also the room was massive. My daughter loved it:)! Generally everuthing worked and everything pretty clean. 8 out of 10.

Breakfast was (a little) bit basic for the cost. It was fine as far as it went but could be a little better. Bed could also have been a little more comfortable (but wasn't terrible). I didn't love the sides of the bed which are not actually sheets - so probably (my assumprtion) is that these don't get changed often and yet you sort of still sleep on them (unless you really sleep in the dead centre of the bed). I haven't not seen this arrangement before except where its e.g. the wooden frame runnig down the side of the bed - which can be easily wiped/cleaned - maybe its actually fine and these coloured strips down each side are changed after each guest - it was just an impression.

Great location in the centre of this beautiful town. Spacious room with a lovely little balcony. Room was located at the rear of the property and was very quiet.

A kettle would have been nice. The handheld shower was over the bath with no overhead hook or shower curtain. Not an issue for us but maybe a consideration for other guests?

The brakfast was good, Wide range of offered dishes.

The pillows are to soft - not comfortabel - should be more hard.

The location of the hotel is very good in the centre of the old town. The breakfast was quite good and tasty. The room was clean. We also used the underground garage, what was very convinient. There is a restaurant in the hotel. For one night stay it met our expectations.

The windows of our room were displayed to the wall of inner buildings. It would be nice to get an iron, which is missing at the moment as well as a small botled water would be an additional benefit for this hotel.

We traveled back from vacation and decided to stay in some new place - and Jindrichuv Hradec looked interesting town. We didn't plan upfront and just selected, what was available. Because we arrived during the night - it was important for us to know that there will be somebody on reception - thank you for checking in. Rooms are big - we could book only one room for the whole family if did it upfront.
