Though the room's interior is rather plain, everything looks quite modern and is outstandingly clean. I felt very comfortable there. You have to share the bathroom with others, but this worked out well. My room was right above the beer garden, so I was worried about the noise. But 10pm on the dot it got silent and stayed silent. So this could be tricky when traveling with children who want/have to sleep early. For me it was just fine. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is great. I was allowed to park my motorcycle inside the inner yard away from sight. Thank you once again for that! In summary, I really enjoyed my time here. Recommended.

Free parking in the street in front. Very friendly staff. Lovely place to sit outside. Great breakfast options. Really clean too.

Noise from the hallway does come into the room somewhat.

Perfect location with good connection to Kutna Hora (bus stop is directly in front of the premises). Free parking available. Excellent food served right downstair. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped rooms. Option to store bicycles in a locked cellar.

Rooms located on the street side of a building are slightly noisy during night.

Room very simple but nice, kitchenette extremely simple, fridge was great in hot summer. Out bathroom was shared with the neighbouring one-bed room, which we had not known Location close to Kutna Hora, locally "dead" by night Breakfast really OK

A bit noisy from the street side, in the morning you can smell the breakfast if your window is open. No hairdryer available :-( Overall, I would stay again despite some flaws.

Fabulous find. I can't rate this place highly enough based on quality / value for money. Buses to / from Kutná Hora are few and fare between, so unless you fancy a 40 minute walk, a car is essential. The staff were delightful, the room modern, big, spotlessly clean and cosy; the food in the restaurant very good and very fairly priced, and the draft beer....yummy

All noises were heard very loud in the room, so it was quite hard to sleep, even if people were just normally open doors and going out ☺️
