I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Hotel Na Zamecku. The staff were exceptional – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with high-quality amenities, making it a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was another highlight – every item on the set menu was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the meals. I also appreciated the cozy common living room, which gave us extra space to unwind during our stay. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food made this stay truly memorable.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about my stay. Everything from the service to the accommodations exceeded my expectations. There was a little bit of street noise in the morning, but that quickly got resolved with ear plugs.

The staff is amazing, I stay here every time I visit my customer, which is within walking distance. The breakfast is always superb and the rooms are very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was perfect and charming. However, being an American, maybe it would have been nice to have 1 English speaking channel on the TV, but honestly, I managed well without it.

Room design inclu. big bathtub. Romantic cafe downstairs and nice staff, good coffe and cake. Very nice, friendly and reliable hotel staf (one gentleman, I don't remember his name), who managed to update invoice later based on my request still same day.

Musty odor from bathroom - might have been due to long holiday period as room was not used, and the building it quite old.... anyhow later I did not smell.

This was such a great and pleasant stay here. Everything about the hotel was great, its style, its decor, its furnishing, the breakfast…

Arrived late, outside of hotel opening hours. Yet everything was prepared and we got to our rooms without any delays. All clean, big and comfy rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The only drawback - we couldn’t close our room door, the lock was broken.
