The apartment is located in a beautiful area with a large, well-maintained outdoor space — perfect for a nature getaway. Inside, it’s clean, cozy, and has everything you need.

In my personal impression, the apartment (chalet) felt smaller than it appeared in the photos. The internet barely works — the signal is very weak. The staircase leading up to the bedrooms is very steep, without handrails, and feels unsafe — especially for children or elderly guests. The bedding is synthetic, which isn’t very comfortable to sleep on.

Nice and spacious apartment. We really loved the garden, where our toddler had a chance to play and jump on the trampolene. The location is very good, I loved walking around in the town in the evening.

The floor was pretty dirty. I also had to swipe some dust from the TV-table and remove some cobwebs from the corner of a room. The bedlinen were clean but had a funky smell to them (the pillows and blankets are probably a bit old already). I think the mattresses need a change too. Although there was a coffe machine it was tricky to handle and I think an investment into a capsule-coffee machine would be nice :) We stayed on the second floor and above us there was a family with several kids who made a lot of stomping noise. Luckily by 23.00 all was quiet. With some new pillows and blankets and a bit more cleaning it would be a super nice place to stay :)

The room was clean, fully equipped and I mean it, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The city centre was close as well as the nature. :) I really like the check-in system. You will get a code and do not need to wait for some person to arrive and let you in.

The first night we arrived the apartments held a private party and the noise was completely unbearable. I would expect to be at least informed ahead.

Everything was brand new, spacious and well designed. Kitchen was fully equipped with some basic condiments available - oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. There was even an espresso machine for ground coffee (no capsules). We only needed a code to enter, so coming in late was not a problem. I really enjoyed the stay!

Nothing really. Maybe just that the location is about a 1km walking distance to restaurants and sights in Velké Losiny, but it was a nice walk using backstreets.
