The hotel was excellent and fully met our expectations. We liked the location near the river bank and the port, as well as the proximity to all main attractions (e.g. the Klimahaus Bremerhaven 8 ° Ost and Auswandererhaus) and shopping center. We had a river-view room with a balcony. It was rather cozy, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delightful with a great variety and excellent quality of food and drinks.

There is a convenient underground parking right next to the hotel, but the guests are charged extra for using it. We couldn't have dinner at the hotel restaurant during our stay, as it was closed due to staff absences.

The hotel was clean in all areas. The room contained a small refrigerator with cold drinks for a small fee. The view of the water along the canal was excellent. The staff were superb in every way. Nicole was especially sweet & helpful from start to finish.

Although the breakfast offerings were plentiful & tasty, the charge seemed overly expensive. The parking spaces in the garage were too narrow & difficult to maneuver.

The room is very spacious and the view in my room is amazing 👏 the breakfast was great and the hospitality was beyond my expectations I would stay here again.

The wifi would only stay on my computer for about 2 hrs I had to do things for work and was on a meeting call and the wifi would cut off in the middle of my business video calls

Great location. Great food around the place! Awesome view from the balcony. Clean and great value for the buck.

Could use a small microwave. The double bed is basically two small beds pushed together, so there is large space between. Not comfortable if you are cuddle sleepers like my wife and I are. We ended up sliding in between the beds and did not get a lot of sleep. We left one night early because of that. We loved everything this hotel had to offer, but the double bed was really bad.

Staff people very friendly. Breakfast good.

But the internet connections (wifi) did not work properly so i mean when you are working had problems connections. Maybe the staff can it fixed on the future, because in this time Wifi is very important.

Very central. Museen around the corner. Bustransportation good

The beds were very poor. From the mattresses to the sheets cheap quality.

Modern hotel in the Havncity, nice and very good rooftop bar. Stylish, contemporary, tasteful rooms (waterview superior). Great breakfast buffet. Important museums in walking distance.

Breakfast times could be more flexible. More parking space for bicycles should be available. Ebikers would ask for more charging options.

Good quality breakfast. Well designed room, in good condition and very clean. Comfortable bed.

Lack of flexibility from staff. Hotel bar opens at 17.30 - staff refused to serve me when I walked in at 17.23. Made me sit down and wait, even though they were not busy doing anything, and at exactly 17.30 served me a drink. Would have been understandable if I walked in way before opening time, or in case they were busy with other matters, but this was ridiculous.

Wifi sucks, slow and bad reception in the rooms(harbour side) and your device is kicked out of the system every hour even if you are in the middle of a call, requiring you to reconnect again.

The location, reception staff was nice

The cleaning service for room cleaning was terible. Did not exactly clean the room properly. Only barely remake the bed and change the towel but did not rewash the glass or vacuum the floor
