I recent stayed twice at the Orly Hilton Garden and both times I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and efficient service that made me feel well-cared for throughout my stay. The hotel location is perfect: 5 minutes from the airport, but cozy and quiet with multiple options for dining nearby. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot options. The free shuttle service was easy to locate and use. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay near Orly Airport.

We booked this hotel because we had an early morning flight out of Orly airport - I am a Life Time Gold Bonvoy member but there were no Marriott hotels near Orly so I would have had to catch a cab or uber to the airport & so I chose the Hilton because of the free airport shuttle. On the morning we left we were waiting for the shuttle but it never showed up, and it looked like I was going to have to catch a cab or uber anyway. When I spoke to the manager he arranged for the hotel to pay for a cab so I was very appreciative of this - over & above service thank you.

Excelled property location is great very close to the tram station which will take you to city via Metro or RER easy to figure that out. Located close to Orly airport and there is free Bus to and from the airport very close to the hotel.Area very nice and has decent restaurant's,cafe and supermarket nearby. Rooms are well maintained and so is whole property. Staff are good courteous.

Rooms could have been slightly more lit.

Return visit. As fine as always.

Management needs to be more attentive to signage in the Orly terminals regarding where to catch the bus to the hotel. The name Hilton was just absent and because Orly, like all airports, is under construction no one knew where to find the bus. I spent one hour trying to find the bus stop I needed. Please fix this problem.

What a delightful difference from the two other hotels I've stayed at near Orly this year. Clean, comfortable, nice decor. Liked that there was a free shuttle to Orly. Be forewarned - if you don't know your terminal (mine wasn't on my boarding pass) there are no signs telling you which airlines are in which terminals.

The gentleman when I checked in was a bit impatient with me when I couldn't understand that he was using the word "panel" for "sign" BUT given that he was bilingual that's a small thing. Also, I prefer a direct shuttle (not a multi-stop shuttle).

Pros: Tidiness in the room. Quiet room, great sound isolation. Staff is extremely helpful. Keep going that way!

Cons. I did not like the breakfast in the hotel. Cut fruits in saucers were taken from cans, so you can recon it straight away by taste it. Boiled eggs - I should boil myself, which is not very convenient, as they are extremely hot afterwards.. and there no option to cool them down. Omelette was terrible, very liquid and watery. Becon over cooked and had too much oil in the fried pan... Waffles - there was no waffles, as I guest had to cook it themselves... 😬 Poor choice of meat and chees for making sandwiches.

We greatly appreciated that the staff was able to give us an early check-in without an additional charge. Super happy as we had been travelling since early in the morning and really wanted to settle in to our room. Staff was very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt and toppings, cereal, milk, three juices, along with bread and cheese and waffles. AND the free airport shuttle!

Note that it was about 3/4 mile to walk to dinner. We found several options on a Saturday night in Rungis

Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Perfect for an overnight at Orly. Overall no real complaints and a nice convenient hotel.

Overnight Parking charge is annoying but I was aware before booking. The underground carpark is very convenient but a bit of a faff getting in and out with PIN codes and taking to reception via intercom etc. Be warned that the hotel is in a business park with no shops/restaurants around it.

Very nice rooms, clean and spacious. Good restaurant.

In a strange location. Taxi driver had trouble finding it. Hardly any way in or out. Also have no nearby restaurant. Luckily Hôtel restaurant was good. Bus to airport ok but really crowded by the time it picks up from this hotel. Barely made it on.

hotel was clean and comfortable, our flight was delayed a day so was totally last minute stay, we arrived just as the restaurant was closing, there was about 10 of us from the flight, we were all starving after wasting the whole day at the airport and they stayed open and fed us all even though they were short staffed, it was much appreciated

it was a quick overnight stay but didn't see anything I didn't like
