I have been to El Paso four times in the last six months. This last time was for nearly a month. I have always booked this hotel even though its 20-30 minutes to where I needed to go, as the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were so wonderful to me anytime I needed anything. Even when I asked for a deep clean of my room (including stripping the beds completely, replacing everything - comforter, sheet and mattress pad) This was during my extended stay. They ALWAYS had a smile on their face. It is also in a great location for restaurants that are in WALKING distance (a couple are 4-5 blocks away though, if you don't mind the longer walk) The front desk also tries to find the best rates for you as well when you check in. Although I don't anticipate returning to El Paso in the future. But, if I do, I can guarantee I will be booking reservations here, regardless of where my activities take me in the city.

Location was fantastic, so close to many shops and eateries. Room was a good size and pretty clean. House keeping was fantastic, lady was very nice and did a fantastic job. Pool was A++ we loved it and was a reason we stayed there. Breakfast was wonderful, yogurt, fruit, eagles, cupcakes, texas shaped waffles. Really really good

Stained sheets and the shower needs more pressure

Room was very clean and the bathroom.was updated and nice. Breakfast was ok, would have liked more protein options other than the over sugared yogurt cups. The Texas waffle maker is a fun touch. Overall, a nice decent stay.

Walls were a little thin, we could hear a baby frequently during the night. Bed pillows were a little lackluster.

It was clean, easy to get to, the staff was very helpful, and was overall a comfortable stay!

The window curtains didn’t cover the whole window without gaps showing, so I didn’t feel like there was a lot of privacy with people walking by. The breakfast was lacking quality but was okay.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast all. The only hot food they had was waffle's and toast and coffee to drink. They had nothing for people with diabetes to eat we had to go across the road to the Waffle House. The house keeping was terrible because there wasn't any. we never got house keeping all the time we was there which was three night's.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. The bed was ok but, I have neck and low back issues, so I can be a bit picky.

The bed is on a metal frame that is a bit noisy. So, if you are with your partner and plan on getting frisky, be ready.

Well I suffer from a spinal condition in my back and so it was it was a good room to bed was big I had plenty of pillows and it had a pool and I hope to use it today.

Microwave was busted did heat but the table didn't turn on it, other than that everything was perfect in the room. Also you have no USB plugins in the room so I had to walk to the car and get my cord and luckily I brought a USB plug in with.

My husband ate breakfast, but I did not. He said it was a typical continental breakfast.

The lighting in the room. There was no lamp or anything for light when you need it at night before going to bed. It's frustrating to get up and go to the door to turn the light off.

Every staff person was very attentive and courteous. I was greeted warmly at check-in and felt welcomed and appreciated as a guest. And the facilities were clean as a whistle. The bed was excellent!

The air conditioner had an extremely loud rattle when running. Going to sleep was a little bit of a struggle.

I've been staying here for over 2 yrs and never had any problems. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Never noisy and never any problems with other guests either. I've stayed there many times and always have a good review says something about the place.
