I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for many years and always look forward to the excellent service, excellent breakfast, consistently high quality of service and cleanliness in all areas. The direct access to the Viaport shopping mall where you can stroll around or dine out is also very convenient. I was particularly touched by the staff's loving care for the dog "Rex". An outdoor dog, he has been a frequent visitor to the entrance area for over ten years and has become a trademark of this highly recommended hotel. Special thanks for allowing extra time for check-out at the day of departure free of charge. Only request for improvement: Would be nice if the outdoor pool can be re-opened some time to contribute to the over all experience.

The location was amazing. The mall is huge and location was very good. Breakfast was great and delicious. No need to go to anywhere if you stay in that hotel. You can go for shopping, coffee shop and many restaurants are under that hotel. For going back plan to stay for one or two nights before leaving. I recommend if you are leaving from Sabiha airport to stay in that hotel "7 min to arrive airport"

Location was great since I came for business in the Asian side of Istanbul. Only 10 minutes from the SG airport avoiding long travels and traffic jams, to any part within Asian side of Istanbul was possible to reach within 30 minutes. The hotel has nice facilities in terms of gym and spa. Behind the hotel is large shopping area with many shops and restaurants, nice to visit at the end of the day. Last stuff of the hotel is very helpful and friendly.

The location is super, direct entrance to Viaport shopping center. Staff is amazing. Special thanks to Shahnosa from reception. She was very helpful and resolved all our requests starting from late checkout and finished by shuttle bus. The hotel is clean and well decorated. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Food in the hotel is overpriced a little bit, but in the shopping center near, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes for any valet and budget.

The resepation Team (Raja & Nourhana), the are the best cooperative and helpful member in that hotel. The hotel location is very good nearby Sabiha airport. The hotel included the biggest outlet and shopping mall that you can enjoyable before travelling back home. One or two nights are more than enough before travelling back. Thanks again for there cooperation and support, till we see you again.

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room service is fast. They offer kids menu.

We asked the reception staff to call us a taxi to the airport but they refused us . Instead they offer us hotel transfer for 30 euro and the taxi took 5 euro.

When the light shows red for do not disturb. Why one of the staff knocked the door asked for cleaning the room. The staff needs to be trained.

The location of the hotel is superb. its only 8 minutes away from Sabiha Gocen airport in the Asian part of Istanbul. This hotel is suitable for stay especially if you want to spend your time shopping. we were warmly welcomed by the staff especially Ms. Alam and Ms. Reyhan. and the rest of their colleagues.

The reception staff should ask their guests about their upcoming flight times so they can inform them if a late checkout may be required. we forgot about the late checkout and the reception asked us to check out immediately at 2 pm. we had a 21:55 flight so we had to stay until 18:00 hours. I did not have any problem with that at all. but other clients may find it offensive.

I visit Turkey often - for work and for a ride with my motorcycle. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Istanbul! Even for me, this is the best hotel I have stayed in in all of Turkey! I will visit it again. I highly recommend it!

The pool is located in the lowest part of the hotel and is dark

10 minutes away from Sabiha Airport and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for shoppers, with Direct access to Via Port Outlet mall Asia, with a range of stores and markets within walking distance. I was also pleased that the hotel staff offered me a late checkout option, which was a great convenience as my flight was at night. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
