The bed and pillows were very comfortable! My room was awesome, with a woorl pool bath in the room. I'm not a big breakfast eater, but there was a lot of food. Will definitely stay again! Staff is super friendly!!

I used the stair well alot as it was close to my parked car and not close to the elevator. The stair well needs to be vacuumed.

We always make it a point to stay here when we are in the area I have a phobia about hotels due to bad experiences and they always make me feel comfortable its always so clean and staff is always so friendly and helpful

That the pool was out of order but no big deal

I was there on personal business. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room size was amazing. The king bed was VERY comfortable. It was probably one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I've ever slept on. No "musty" room odors and the room was clean. I loved the nice clean WHITE linens and the option of soft or firm pillows on the bed. Room AC was quiet and it seemed like the walls weren't the typical paper thin "hear everything next door" type. I didn't try the breakfast or pool so I can't comment on those.

Looked like maybe the carpet could use a good shampooing, but that was minor to me. The grout in the bathroom was breaking up and I stepped on a piece of it (ouch : ) ) but overall I was very happy with the accommodations. It fit my needs perfectly. I would definitely stay there again if needed.

I really like the comfortable bed and pillows! Loved the cleanliness of the room and restroom, especially. Breakfast was a great presentation. Lots of variety of delicious foods.

We stayed in Room 307 Jennifer was our house keeper she was amazing our room was so clean I have a phobia of motels /hotels i am scared of bed bugs or dirty sheets Our room was so comfortable the whole stay was amazing except the pool could use a little more care but it was good the breakfast was excellent!!

the pool area needed a little love

Convenient to Altus. Room clean, well maintained. Staff friendly and attentive. Accommodated an unplanned early departure and late checkout. Quiet, good family hotel.

The pool was being renovated. Also the sausage for breakfast was spicy, maybe have an alternate that isn't, not everybody can do spicy.

Great room! Overall very clean establishment! My room was perfect! It had the cleanest accommodation ever! The breakfast bar was wonderful! Would stay again!

The room could have complimentary bottle water for the coffee machine. The lamps kinda worked, but they would work for a little bit and then died. At one point, 2 lamps did not turn on.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pancake machine was broken on first morning worked day 2 but very slow. Elevator was broke and only 1 elevator and we were on the 4th floor.
