The most welcoming and helpful hosts. It was wonderful to have animals happpily walking around the courtyard! We enjoyed delicious meals - everything was homemade and freshly baked. The accomodation was also very confortable!

The staff was amazing and kind

Really nice to stay with kids. They will love it. Everything was great, the only minus is the dinner price. The quality to price is not fitting, too expensive. The breakfast on the other hand was very nice.

A mixed experience. the location is great and the farm is very interesting, animals everywhere. the nearby beaches are beautiful. on the plus side, the host took a lot of time with our daughter to see and feed the animals.

on the negetive side, we arrived a bit early. it would have been fine to simply say 'apologies we're not ready yet'. instead the host made the room quickly (very nice) but then complained about us being early multiple times (not so nice). the dinner was nice hut quite expensive and the breakfast is not included. also, at some point the host started complaining about slamming the door, which I'm sure our daughter did once, but even after we certainly stopped, they told us time and time and time again that slamming the door would damage the house to the point we were eager to leave. unfortunately this dominated our experience. also the kitchen was not very clean.

The staff was great

Little to no effort was put in keeping the common outside area clean and maintained. The free animals is a cute idea but requires significantly more work to make it pleasant.

The man I spoke with on the phone had a professional and helpful attitude, which was a pleasant start. However, things quickly turned into a terrible experience. I had booked and paid for the accommodation, but since I was on a business trip and work unexpectedly became more complicated, I forgot to call and confirm my late check-in. Check-in is only available until 8:00 PM, and I tried to contact the accommodation several times by phone at 8:05 PM, but unsuccessfully. I had to find alternative accommodation, and I did not receive a refund for the original booking. They got back to me at 9:00 PM, but by then I had already informed them that I was staying somewhere else. I also had issues with access, even though they claimed there was no problem. I politely requested a refund, and the owners initially said it was not possible due to the booking system. However, Booking.com was willing to make an exception, but the owners refused. The owners caused me a lot of stress, and I was worried they wouldn’t even send me an invoice, as they didn’t answer the phone in the following days either. In the end, they at least sent the invoice.
