Everything was clean and well presented. The Danish parking rules are a bit unclear but we parked where instructed and didn’t incur a fine. Please be advised that the shower has two doors which can be moved to enlarge access to the toilet. (Very compact bathroom, but done well)

Needed more air circulation, possibly a small fan? Even with the window partially open, when the blind is in use, there’s little airflow.

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location on the town square - although was quiet when we were there in early June. The room comes with a microwave, kettle, fridge and sink which is useful as there was no breakfast as part of the deal. There is no reception - just a key lock box but that went smoothly. Parking was also easy.

We weren't clear at first where to get the parking permit - but found it in the room.

I love that it is check in via a code, so easy for driving late!

Wish they would advertise more with the check in process, when arriving late it's super comforting to know that you get a code on sms that you can use to get into the hotel. Plz update the description with more note about the (self)check-in process, it could be useful for others.

Location is perfect in the town center. Room was of fairly high quality, in an old building. Washing machine in basement which i used once was marvellous.

lots of hair in the bathroom drain was less attractive and should be easy to fix, should not have happened.

A very good hotel, everything, as described, a very good location, a cozy room, a comfortable bed, very clean, fridge with a small kitchenette, equipped very well, in the city center, I recommend it 100%

I have low score on staff - but it was really only because it is unstaffed- but we didn’t need any staff, so it would have been better if I could have selected Not Relevant!

Cleaning of room Wi did not get new towels Normally not a problem - but when no option to hang towels after shower - they land on the floor - not dry or nice to use again next morning

Room cleanliness, central location, ample parking, value for money.

The access doors to the building AND the floors are open to anyone who wants to wander in. I didn’t have a problem but it represents a security hazard. Also, the breakfast provider does not serve a bowl of cereal with milk, which is pretty basic North American fare.

Clean with due consideration for items to facilitate the stay including a kitchenette service. Well-situated and accessible to local shops, restaurants and the harbor.

Perfect place for a either short or medium stay, really confortable place. Easy to check in & out. Carpark included. All the instructions are sent by email, zero hassle. Great customer service and support by phone. I totally recommend.
