The whole setting is excellent, intriguing entrance within a small 'boutique' shopping arcade setting. As I was there with work I didn't get out into the town until Saturday morning and what a revelation that was. Everything you would like to see is a short walk for the hotel, so the location could not be better. Restaurant was excellent (we ate at the Italian restaurant on site both evenings, food was excellent and service was prompt. Obviously a popular restaurant for non residents too. Great, friendly staff. My room was basic but clean and warm (end of March so a bit cold outside).

Room view now obscured by new building work, and that started at 06:00 on Thursday morning, but construction can't be helped - most of the noise was during day. However, building work is nothing to do with the hotel, so no complaint with the venue at all - progress is progress!

The room was comfortable, the mattress was good. The restaurant and bar section in the hotel is lovely and feels trendy and luxurious, particularly in the evening. We LOVED the breakfast. The buffet has a good spread and each item is great. From soft boiled eggs, omelets, sausages, crispy bacon, warm paté, many types of fresh rolls and bread, a delicious chicken mayonnaise, organic butter, jams, and many different types of mini sized pastries. The cook who was working there during the breakfast was very kind and friendly, and you could feel that she had put a lot of thought and love into every item served at breakfast.

I bring my own duvet and pillow, because I find the duvet scratchy and the pillow lumpy, but that's personal taste. The shower was a bit unhandy, as there is only a shower curtain, but the floor is one plan level with the whole bathroom, so after my husband and I had a shower, the floor was quite flooded, giving us wet feet when using the toilet or the sink. Parking is not great. We parked in the street, because there were roadworks blocking the car park under the hotel. We paid about €25 using EasyPark, from 11:00pm until 10:00am the next morning.

Reception staff were friendly and very informative. Also our request for the location of our room was fully met. 'Oasia' sushi restaurant food was as good as usual!

On a pretty quiet Thursday evening, the new bar staff and server in the 'Oasia' sushi restaurant appeared to be left a little too unsupervised resulting in unusually slow/somewhat disappointing service. The hotel's relationship with the parking company/companies is unfortunate. Europark especially risks damaging the hotel's reputation as a good city centre property. (I am not the only guest to feel this way.)

Right in the middle of town, beautiful and busy cocktail lounge downstairs. The hotel feels upmarket with location and the rooms a clean and tidy. I forgot my laptop in the room when I left and the hotel staff found it, contacted me and kept it in reception until I could come back to pick it up.

Beware that if you park underneath the hotel in the garage that you will need to pay for a full 24 hours and that you are charged again if you leave (for dinner) and come back. Make sure you have installed and set up EasyPark on your phone before arrival, as you will need it for parking around the hotel.

Big breakfast room, which was able to cater to all the needs of our family who were also staying at the hotel. Compared to our last stay, we didn’t have the same issues with the car park rave that kept us awake before.

No toaster freely available, we had to ask for one. No tea and coffee in the room, but was told on day 2 that we could get a coffee from the restaurant vending machine in the main dining hall.

Good location with plenty of parking, which is very good and secure. The room was clean tidy and plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent. Food in the Italian restaurant was exceptional.

The Restaurant struggled to serve us and were very slow. They did apologise and gave us a free coffee. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, which for a BW is surprising and disappointing. This is a very expensive hotel.

My wife and have stayed here many times previously. The front-of-house staff are charming and helpful. We alkways use the Oasia Sushi Restaurant - and we never fail to be delighted by the ambience, the service level - and of course, the amazing Japanese food. (The ad libitum sushi is a steal at the price and quality!) The Saturday disco in the great Gin Bar area was cool and entertaining.

The ground floor rooms at the weekend can be noisy from street revellers. Be aware!

Having stayed at this hotel several times, my wife and I know what to expect from the rooms. Typically 'Danish' and minimalist. Fairly small, but adequate rooms.

On this occasion, there seemed to have been something of a recruitment drive, and the knowledge level amongst the front of house staff was (naturally) lacking. They didn't seem to have much support from more experienced colleagues/managers, giving these new staff - and customers - not the best experience.

The hotel was brilliant, the room was lovely and clean, had everything I could need. The restaurants were amazing food, good staff and good service. The bar was fair price for a hotel bar and nice drinks too. The staff were pleasant and helpful whenever they could. I would definitely recommend to stay here again.

The only slight complaint was having to walk through a busy restaurant to get to my room access, I felt it was more rude to the other guests. It was really not a problem though but if I had to choose something that would be it

Perfect Location when you are travelling by public transport, located near to central station, Vejle Fjord and central passage. Quite nice wok dishes in Oasia restaurant with afordable price. Check out until 12.

Hotel does not have plastic segregation which is a bit dissapointing for a 4star hotel located near to Okolariet museum which promotes ecology, so we had to carry plastic to public trashes. Ramp for troleys should be better marked, otherwise you need to carry bags over stairs. Breakfest and drinks were quite expensive. Jacobsen restaurant was closed and bisteka was quite pushy and you couldent order wok there even they said we can order from Oasia menu. Would be nice to have fridge in the room. Carpet in the room asked for cleaning.
