I liked the look of the resort and the pool. I also like how big the standaed room was, that's it. They just need to figure out how to give the costumers an air conditioner and also learn how to please the costumers with the food.

We did not have air conditioner and they would give us the control remote of the air conditioner if we paid extra for it. It was the first time that I would be charged to have air conditioner in the room, really ridiculous. Also we had to eat to same thing for breakfast, there was no variety at all and all they said was that we had to eat what they had in the kitchen.

The design of rooms is really cute, but that’s honestly all to me...

I arrived at 4PM, time to do the checkin, I had to wait for payment because I did not understand if the payment was already processed through booking or not. They told me I could go to the room and they’ll come back to me to arrange this. Then, I went to bed early because tired of the travel journey and time difference, and staff went to knock at my door at 9:30PM. I was scared, I told them it was nighttime and I would come to them in the morning because I was getting asleep. Then, then called me two times on my phone the minutes after, and called me again in the morning at 7AM. Not mentioning that the hotel was kinda empty because of the pandemic (I guess), but still, they gave me the most noisy room ever : close to the road, and to the store near by that played very loud music until super late. Definitely not the best place if you want to rest to be honest...

Location was close to main street

Staff were miserable all the time, low products on bar. Only window was part of the door so very dark room. Uncomfortable bed
