Selina had everything we needed. The rooms were comfy, the place was nice and the upstairs bar and breakfast were great (with great views). They are right next door to a bike hire and tour company which was also a great help. The Coworking space was good - small - but you had everything you needed (and wifi worked well).

We were there (accidentally) during fiestas de Baños. So, on Saturday night, it was pretty noisy (because you're literally in the centre of the city). The hostel walls are not sound-proof so there is always noise, but the other nights were not as loud. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were on and off, sometimes hot water didn't work at all! But we told the staff and they sorted out the hot water system... Overall, it was a good stay and a nice place.

FANTASTIC location, good wifi, clean rooms and bathrooms. While it’s obviously not a necessity that the front staff speak English, it was a bonus that there was a male employee who spoke great English and was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was great too!

The only critique I have is that the rooms are a little tight, however, that may have just been the room we chose!

Very good location, right in the city centre. Our room was very nice with a very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is nice, with some options included in the price and some options you have to pay a little extra for.

In the bathroom, the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers were empty. It's not that big of a deal but I think that if you put these in the rooms, you should make sure they are full.

The breakfast was excellent every time and the room we stayed in was very nice! It's an excellent hotel if you're ever staying in Baños

The lack of dinner options was a little disappointing, but since there were so many options close-by, it wasn't a big deal at all

The whole place was very well thought out as a space and very beautiful and hommie. The staff was very well informed and super helpful, the food and drinks were affordable and delicious and my room was quiet, spacious and cleaned every day! Plus they provide all cleaning and hygiene products. The wellness classes and the free welcome drunk are also a nice touch. Super high speed wifi for those who care.

I was very happy with everything. I can't find smth bad to say at the moment.

the light switch in the toilet was broken, the sockets by the bed were torn off. it's a shame the hotel doesn't have a kitchen. common areas could be more comfortable.

We loved the common areas they are super nice and spacious. The rooftop really is phenomenal there is a spacious co-working area and Strom WiFi. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen that really lacks functionality. The place is right at one of the Baños Parks and the view from the rooftop is just beautiful.

The rooms with shared bathroom really lack comfort for their price! The first room we got was pretty unacceptable as we almost couldn’t fit in our backpacks next to the bed. The images of the rooms are much nicer and they are only of the very best rooms they have. The staff is definitely over the top with promoting Selina activities. We found them extremely nice but it’s not the most calm place (but that might be obvious is a Selina Hostel).

The location of the hotel is great and well located in the center. The hotel offers many amenities, activities within the hotel as with an agency for outdoor activities. The staff is extremely friendly and always available to support and provide guidance. The agency, for activities, working with the hotel is also very friendly, highly recommended !

Depending on what you are looking for and who is in the hotel,, the hotel hallways could be noisy and could be disturbing some sleeps, having ear plugs helped.

Good location. Great roof terraces with delicious breakfast. Room is exactly as in the pictures, very nice. Laundry service is nice.

The curtains are very thin and the street lights are always on, so the room is quite light. We needed to use a hair clip to close the curtains.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable. All the staff was very helpfull and nice. We had a good experience staying here. I loved the rooftop, which made us stay at the same hotel, enjoy a beer and then have a good rest back in the room.

The place doesn't have a parking lot or an space close to the entrance to get our luggage out of the car. The access to the room is kind of hard, the locks are a little tricky to open or close.
