After booking the hotel, I contacted them right away to begin planning my trip; whichever number listed here (it was correct) set me up with the manager Andrew. Andrew communicated quickly within his business hours (time delay because of time zones) and thoroughly. When I met him at the hotel he was no less help! Frankly, Andrew and his staff were the nicest hotel staff in my whole month of Egypt and there was no hustling when I was coming and going throughout my stay; they were kind and professional asking me how my day went and if they could recommend anything. I contacted them early in order to arrange a driver to visit the sites around the city and Andrew set me up with George who was a wonderful driver and helped me navigate my way around the sites; George even brought me to several pyramids tourists don't typically visit! My only wish about this stay is that Minya were a greater tourist destination!

Minia is an odd place (by western tourist standards) westerners don't tend to visit. I was there for Eid, though, and everyone was happy, very friendly, and welcoming to what seemed to the only American in the city those few days. In short, I would make Minya a larger tourist location!

it was very comfortable, up to date and quiet and the staff especially Andrew in reception was amazing and helpful. They were very attentive and Andrew help me with all my tour plans and booked them for me, very helpful.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. They need a machine that makes espresso and different kinds of coffee. Most hotels have those now. Nescafé isn’t coffee to many westerners. Also, more food selection maybe fruit, yogurt and juice. Real orange juice would be nice. However, the food from the restaurant was very good. I enjoyed it.

Friendly and Polite Staff, especially Mr. Andrew the receptionist of the morning shift. Super clean and renovated facilities.

There is no Nile view window or terrace. There are no budget-friendly packages for site seeing; the current ones are mainly designed for foreigners.

Ahmed at the front desk was brilliant and spoke good English. Gave us advice on where to go and when. The hotel room was super modern, very clean with Netflix facility included. Food options were pretty good but I'm a picky eater. Overall, a very good service.

It's a narrow street so not ideal if you're driving. Views aren't majestic but you can just keep your curtains closed. I was happy overall.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was great, the shower was good, toiletries in the bathroom were lovely and the items that were free with the minibar - water, biscuits, etc were a welcome treat.

The small hotel is well located in the centre of Al Minya. It is situated on a very quiet residential street. The hotel is modern and functional. Our room was quite spacious , comfortable and very quiet. We were supplied with complimentary water and the room had a fridge, kettle, safe deposit and a comfortable seating area. The attached bathroom was very clean and the shower was probably the best we had in our whole trip in Egypt. The staff were very welcoming , friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was adequate but there could have been more choices and some real coffee instead of instant.

Really, really nice place. Extraordinary staff. Decent room service and a very good breakfast. Arranged great tours of Amarna and Beni Hasan. Also arranged good driver to Meidum Pyramid and Giza. All staff was very professional and friendly. Extraordinarily clean room with the best shower in Egypt. Very quiet.

No view or balconies, but is a very quiet location on dead-end side street. No alcohol available. A little pricy, but well worth it.

For that category of hotel, nice room, clean, good size. very friendly reception checking in / out. Breakfast was good. Even the internet was sufficient

Bed should have been king size, but only queen available. That was the only downsize. The view was not the best, but since it's in the middle of the city there is not much of a view to expect.

Amazing hotel in Almenya, really it’s over my expectations. Supper clean, neat, AC is excellent, Wi-Fi is great, doesn’t miss the details, breakfast is good. Great staff.

No thing when it comes to work purpose.
