I had an exceptional stay at Steigenberger El Lessan! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Salwa at the gate, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. Nothing serious to be mentioned, While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it adds to the resort's peaceful and serene atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway.

For sure best hotel in the area.. location perfect.. not much to add to it. Good shower, no issues with anything. I did not use all the facilities hotel is offering, but it looks like everything is great there. Rooms are large also. By the way in case you need to watch tv- plenty of channels in different languages. Sure Arabic, English and German.

Over my room was AC unit. Which was a bit noisy. And in general AC is on low temp settings, but it is normal in these areas.

Beautifully located on a spot overlooking both the Nile and the Mediterranean coast providing amazing views all around the hotel!! The staff were friendly, courteous, hospitable and professional. The room is spacious, clean , comfortable and well maintained and organized. The restaurant serves a nice variety of foods including oriental and western recipes.

The garage parking fees are a bit high & it should be free for residents , especially the free surface parking is limited!

Everything in this place is great. From day one, I noticed how the staff is very friendly and professional. I would like to express my deep thanks to Mrs. Gina in the front desk. She is so talented and professional. Also, in this place you can find the managers in every place monitoring and even help. Special thanks to the professional man Mr. Mina, the general manager, for his perfect work. You can find him monitoring, supervising, and help even in the small details. The rooms are big. The view was marvelous. The breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness was perfect. The beach was very good with regular transportation schedule that was on time. Room service was perfect. The pool area was great.

The staff are so professional and kind that they know exactly how to satisfy their guests. special thanks to Mr. Amir and Ali in the cafe, all receptionists,Hotel Gate guards, and Salwa from the security team. The best views in the entire city. The food is exceptional. ATM are available in the hotel.

The only con from my perspective is that the hotel is a little far away from the central market, but it's perfect for people who like to do little jogging

- Top restaurant is extremely slow to serve the food for two successful days - Very small underground parking lot - Bad experience with the front desk after asking for late checkout they told us that is impossible, however there is no occupancy need for that - Small pool - Poor elevators - Poor corridors between rooms - No direct beach entrance
