Our rooms were clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. We had a balcony although not looking over the water but the roadside.. There was a good selection for breakfast. The staff in general were friendly. They opened the Italian restaurant specifically for us after we asked where it was situated in the hotel!!

When booking we understood there would be a bar, a pool, a sauna, spa etc but on arrival were told none of it was available and the bar was non alcoholic. I understand the pool being closed as it was winter months. Not all the restaurants advertised on the booking site were available. The rooms could have been better equipped with extras as we had to ask for extra blanket, toilet paper, a spoon. We were disappointed not having a view of the Canal as that was a main reason for visiting Ismailia.

Superb 5 stars facility with exceptional location and room lake view. Breakfast was amazing with variety food and resturant staff were very cooperative especially Ms. Eman AL-Miligy was taking care personally. All front desk staff were decent and check in&out done in no time Room was very clean, quite with full aminities I have really enjoyed my stay and hope to do it again

I liked the location and peaceful environment in the hotel. The beach was beautiful.

The room was a bit cold and I wanted to use hot fan with the AC which didn't work. I asked for help at the reception two times but nobody of the two caretakers who came to my room in the course of 2 days were not able to fix the problem, despite assuring me so.

The price paid in Booking is double the price I could pay in the hotel reception desk. I paid around 14000 Egyptians Pound for 2 nights, when checking out the hotel offered me around 8000 Egyptians Pound for the same room for 2 nights!. But it was too late! 😔

The location, the breakfast buffet and room service, the friendliness of the staff! Spacious rooms.great scenery.

Maybe it would be better if they have pillow protectors as a measure of hygiene from one client to the other, and maybe better bathroom maintenance of the garbage bins, drainage and stuff.

I like the GOOD WELCOME from Mr. OSAMA in the front desk and for the management for letting us at 7 am with 340 EGP fee cause the fee also gave us extra breakfast for the check-in day , thanks OSAMA for the good welcome 🙏

The Marginal insects ( الهاموش ) in the breakfast sitting much on food and salads , plus the items are not for food and much about cold cuts and cheese but also not bad , also better to increase the items ,also there are some disturbing flies ( ذباب ) ، but really in total was not bad i score the breakfast 70% in total but had to care about the clean from all kind of files thats very very important for the health if compared to other 5 stars hotels , thank you very much for understanding and taking the efforts 👌

The facilities and the activities provided were varied and fun. There is the pool, a biliardo room, different restaurants and night live shows. The staff was very kind and available to any need. The room was clean and comfortable and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The room unfortunately had a subtle residue smell, probably from previous guests and needed more fresh air or deeper cleaning.

Tolip Forsan is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Egypt. The staff go out of their way to assist to your needs. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The restaurants are exceptional and the food delicious. I strongly recommend staying at the Tolip Forsan in Ismailia.

I cannot say a single negative thing about this hotel

Great location, nice lake view from the room, spacious room and clean pool and beach (not for swimming). Breakfast was ok. The two ladies at reception for check in and out were very helpfull with nice smile.

No internet in the room. AC in the room was very weak but I stayed for only one night.
