Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal however, as I was half board there was a set menu and all meals did not come with vegetables and were a basic menu. I must add however I did not leave dinner hungry the meals were very tasty, well done the chefs. The service was also excellent very friendly and helpful staff whop are patient if your Spanish is not fluent.... I will stay again!

I paid for an upgrade and was in the same room as my friend whom did not upgrade. I did question this but did not get any feedback. Also there is no tea/coffee making in the rooms. Again I felt this could be implemented.

Staff was amazing. Location was perfect. The pool, the views, the terrace were superb. Breakfast was regular, nothing outstanding. We had some tapas at night that were ok. If I have to point two things: views and kind staff.

Kids at the pool were a little noicy but that is not the hotel's fault. The only thing that needs improvement is the room. We were assigned room 107. We asked for a double bed and they gave us to twin beds put together, which was very uncomfortable. The bed was too hard. The worse part was the air conditioning: the room was hot, the AC was not working properly. One cannot open the window to sleep because of potential animals and also because the window open to a public place. The good part is the rest of the hotel is so nice that you do not need to be in the room.In sum,

The location is remote and on the outskirts of a little mountain village. Don't expect to easily pop to the shops for provisions! But for us - this was perfect as we had booked the hotel as a base camp location to explore Picos de Europa. The staff were helpful in explaining how to get to our walking start point the next day and also arranged for us to have an earlier breakfast so that we could begin early. The evening before we had a good meal at their restuarant and enjoyed some drinks on the terrace overlooking the mountanous landscape - which we really enjoyes, despite the cloudy weather!

The hotel is quite traditional in style, which is not my personal preference but was fine. The pool was a little green on the day we arrived - but we did see others using it happily.

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst touring the Picos and surrounding area on our motorbike. We booked half board and were not disappointed. The staff are friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, with great views, the food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was excellent and a garage to park the bike was great. It was a perfect location to explore the area with many of the must do sights and roads within easy reach. We would highly recommend this hotel and are already planning our next visit!

Location and views across the Picos mountains were stunning. The food was good and the staff were very accommodating. Great selection of wine, beer and alcohol at the hotel bar at very reasonable prices.

Nothing really although it would have been nice to have had the coffee machine working at breakfast rather than having the buy it at the bar to get a decent coffee. I’m just nip picking though. The breakfast selection was fantastic and fresh.

Wow what a wonderful view from this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Our stay was at the end of our holiday and we were able to just relax and enjoy the pool area and the outstanding view. This area is new to us and we will definitely be back to explore the area more. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

It cannot be faulted. The views from it were amazing. It was traditionally decorated throughout. It has a decent swimming pool

The acces to it was challenging as we were a couple on a fully loaded motorcycle. Slightly easier with a car so long as no other cars are approaching in the opposite direction. If this could be improved it would be the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at

Beautiful location, lovely outdoor spaces. Staff friendly, but limited English. Great value HB option

The tiled floors keep the place cool but it’s also makes for lots of noise, the doors slam (which can’t be helped), bring earplugs!. We happened to stay when one of the nights was the big European football final, for us this wasn’t great at the tv was even on in the dining room and huge celebrations into the early hours. Should have done my homework I suppose?

Stunning view and really very beautiful, well constructed, hotel. The first time we were here we were it exceeded our expectations, but now we did not what to get. And it was great again, nice pool, breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Very nice and clean rooms. We were allowed to bring our dog and this is highly appreciated. The area has beautiful places to visit and I can recommend this hotel.

The restaurant, with view over the valley, was closed due to a shortage of staff. There was a buffet in the breakfast area. Buffet was good, but a la carte is for me preferred. Shame we were not able to sit outside and enjoy the view.

One of the most amazing places in Spain. We were lucky to book the side room with almost 50% discount. Real luck. The Hotel has unique position. Please be prepared: the road is narrow and stiff. But there are too many plusses. The view + the quality is incredible. The stuff is very friendly. The rooms are bid and spotless. The breakfast is super! Only the Restaurant... I would advise to look around. Better offer and cheaper.
