Very friendly staff who all spoke good English. Our Spanish is poor but we tried and they were very polite. The hotel has secure underground parking. Our room was a good size with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. We also had evening meal which was very good - although the choice was not large.

The hotel is not located anywhere particularly interesting in the town. It’s just on the main strip and is probably more of a good choice for business travellers or those just passing through. Our room was very warm - uncomfortably so. The air-conditioning didn’t produce more than a light draught and did not cool the room at all. It was odd because the outside temperature was very cool (below 10C) but the room must have been in the high 20s. Opening the window helped a little but it was like the room exuded heat from the walls. The window opened wide and was a safety risk - we could have easily fallen out from 6 stories up.

We were happy with this choice of hotel although it is quite a long walk to the old town; if you are reasonable fit then it is not a problem. The hotel was very good value and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cuenca is a fantastic place to visit, this came as a bit of a surprise. We expected an old Spanish town with plaza etc but the views from the area near the cathedral and higher up by the castle are amazing. We were very happy to spend two nights in this city and have a good tour around.

We arrived on a Sunday evening and were told the restaurant was closed, but they showed us where many restaurants in the neighbourhood were located. Next morning the hotel called a taxi for us to go to the old town, Plaza Mayor where the Cathedrale was, euro 8. We took the bus back to the hotel, euro 1,20. The bus stop is in front of the Cathedrale and also close to the hotel. We do not recommend to drive your own car because the roads are very narrow closer to the top of the old town. The Cathedrale is beautiful, and the hanging houses and the bridge right behind the church are very nice. Everything walking distance. The hotel has an underground parking garage which is very convenient, take the lift to the reception and to the room. We liked Cuenca very much.

Good location for parking and easy walk to old town, there is a bus option that stops right next to the hotel although we didn't use it. Good selection of local places for drinks and tapas.

The hotel rooms weren't particularly soundproof and we did have some noisy neighbours one evening.

Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was very well equipped. The mini bar in the room was handy for keeping drinks cold. The bed was very comfortable and a good size ... loved the pillows. Free parking was great after everywhere we stayed had a hefty charge.

A bit far from the historical area of the city. It was about a 30 minute walk. Breakfast was a bit spendy, but there are cafes and restaurants close by.

The hotel was great for our overnight stay. The staff were great and we had an excellent evening meal in the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. We were given excellent advice on visiting the old town which was fabulous.

The hotel location was in the new town and more of a business district. I am not sure what facilities were around because the hotel met all our needs in house.

Decent sized, comfortable, well furnished room provided all necessary facilities. Wide choice of items from the buffet breakfast. Helpful, efficient staff. Plentiful street parking space in surrounding area. Located in the new town around a 20-30 minute walk from main old town points of interest.

The lady arranged our rooms was very considerable, she was able to arrange our rooms closely enough to each other, one in the opposite and one right next to one of the room, fulfill all my requirement.

No kettle in the room, so no tea/coffee set, not even bottled water, you will need to request from the lobby/cafe from the staff, or use the microwave if you ever need hot water for tea/coffee. There is tea bags and coffee machine downstairs in the lobby/restaurant, but didn't expect there is charge for it.

This was as near perfect as could be. Great room.. fantastic bed. Staff welcoming and helpful. One small thing, the coffee shop was not open all the time for coffee although sodas snacks and sandwiches were available. Bus stop to old city and train station right there. Almost perfect and yet great.

Breakfast was quite good, the room was big enough and comfortable. Everything was clean and mainly met my expectations. No problems with parking places right in front of the hotel.

No drinking water, no kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The bar at the reception doesn't work all the time, at least when we arrived in the evening.
