Actually our 3rd time at this hotel and everything is just perfect in terms of comfort for a little family! A little detail that made us even happier was the fact that last year we lost an our child’s favourite unicorn light and the staff kept it and retuned it! A very big thank you to the staff (as you can imagine the drama we went through last year when we realised that!)

Everything was good - the staff even provided bowls and dog treats (though we were with a cat, so we didn't need them), as well as a nice big pillow on the floor. So nice and friendly! 😊

No EV chargers in the parking. The daily parking and pet fees are a bit expensive — €18 and €25 respectively

Location was excellent, shops and restaurants nearby and a lovely park. The hotel was very clean and modern. Beds were really comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a secure underground car park which is a little pricey, 15€ night but great for us. Dogs are welcome for a supplement, we paid 11€. All in all a great stay.

Brilliantly comfortable - everything you could possibly need! I like the way there is still a pen and paper provided for notes; good quality soaps and a kettle for hot drinks. Also enough space for a chair and coffee table. Very comfy! Everything clean and everything thought of!

Very convenient central location with a thoroughly modern practical vibe. The staff couldn't have been more helpful to a non Spanish speaker. The room was spacious clean and had everything I needed. The parking was secure and easy to access if a little expensive at 15 euros.

Everything in general was okey. There is a Mercadona in front of the hotel in case youu need something. You are so close to the city center and you can easily find restaurants to have lunch or dinner.

I think the breakfast could be a bit larger and with more hot options. When we went on Sunday at 10:30, there were things that had been finished.

Hotel is abit out dated but perfect and way better compared to what you have paid! Very nice to stop by between Malaga and Madrid!

Good location, has parking, there is a supermarket close to the hotel.

You can hear all the walking thru the hallway and the people in the next room talking. Also pets allowed barking.

We have been to this hotel before and we enjoyed it again. Clean, pleasant staff, dog friendly, and excellent secure parking next door. Location excellent to look around the city. Many thanks.

We did not have any problems.Would return again.

Walking distance to the Dan Quijote Museum as well as the main downtown plaza and pedestrian area. Had underground parking in the building.
