Great hotel. Comfortable, spacious room. Sleek design. Super friendly staff. All was good, and I would recommend this hotel. We arrived at around 12pm and got our room at around 2pm (check-in time was 4pm), and they held our luggage in the meantime. So all good there.

Nothing bad to say. The only comment is that when we came back from the game, the hotel restaurant was severely understaffed to support the influx of people. The hotel knew that most of their guests were in town for the game, so it was easy to expect they were all coming back at the same time to use the restaurant. It would have been easy to staff it with more people on that specific day.

Breakfast room service was very good and quick. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. Toiletries in bathroom were very nice. The Lobby "store" had good food items for a quick bite. Sandwiches were great.staff was very nice.

Better lighting in rooms. Very dim. Bathroom needs an overhead light as well. Rooms had a corporate feel.

The property was an easy walking distance to the Convention Center. Perfection! The place was bright, clean, quiet and friendly. Love the fact that a real restaurant was in the hotel AND they had gluten free options for meals. I appreciate that they allowed us to keep our car on the property two longer as we had business at the convention center. My daughter felt she was famous royalty.

This is on me not the hotel. I think I had an allergic reaction to the soap. But for me that is an easy remedy.

This was my second stay at the Hilton Pasadena. It's a beautiful property in a great location. The staff are AMAZING. We were in town for an event being held near the Rose Bowl and it took us less than 15 minutes to drive there from the hotel!

Our room wasn't 100% clean. There appeared to be mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. There was hair in the tub and lots of small hairs on the shower ledge, as if someone had shaved and left whiskers there. It was gross. We cleaned the tub before we used it. One other thing to consider is the old popcorn ceiling, it's so unattractive in an otherwise lovely room.

Location was great friendly staff and loved the complimentary charging station for electric car

Staff with valet was hard to communicate with and were kind of rude at times. Was waiting for my family to come down they yelled at me to move i was blocking the way7 but the area was free of cars or anyone else. They didn't understand me when i would ask to charge the car I had to go down there and physically do it a few times. The bathroom toilet kept backing up after using it ever time even when just peeing the maintenance guy kept saying I don't know how to flush and to hold the button down till it flushed well flooded the floor and they had to come back up they would just plunge then leave and not actually fix it.

I liked the friendly staff. I liked the heated pool. I liked the bed. Food was good.

I don't appreciate that there was no free breakfast like other hotels. For the money I dropped, that is the least ya could do. Also, I didn't like the balcony room was next to the NOISEY hvac system nest door.

The location is walking distance to the convention center and many other locations in Old Town. It is also very centrally located and perfect for a shared ride service like Lyft or Uber, to get you to locations a bit further. We actually only had to take our vehicle out of valet once, during our trip. The staff at the Hilton Pasadena on point! Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the servers in the restaurant and the team members of housekeeping, were very kind, respectful and helpful when I had any questions.

The only complaint I had about the property was the location of the ice machines. I actually never found the one on our floor, as it appeared to be on the other side of a door that read “Emergency Exit” and I was afraid to set off any possible alarms or get locked out of our floor.

Location was good. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was helpful and nice.

Shower was a bit outdated, would be nice to have a detachable shower head. No exhaust in the bathroom. For the price per night would have been perfect if breakfast was also included. No Netflix, it's pay per view, even old movies.

We liked that most of the staff was very friendly. We liked the size of our room and the layout of the room. We liked that we were able to extend our checkout by two hours.

We didn't like that it was Valet only. There was a parking garage next door but some people were not able to access it. We didnt like one staff member. He seemed like he was annoyed with everything. We didnt like that you need to key to use the elevator. It made going up and down a hassle. I also got charged for two cars at valet.

I really enjoyed breakfast! Great bacon, pancakes and waffles. As for the staff, everyone was kind and helpful. I cannot say enough about your staff. They are exceptional. This includes Front Desk, housekeeping, and especially the wait staff at the restaurant. Bathroom and linens were very clean and comfortable.

Carpeting and the sofa in the room (720) had stains and didn't look clean. Bedside lighting was poor.
